Vibromassage relaxation is a combined effect on the human body of low-frequency vibration of varying amplitude and periodic mechanical roller impact. Vibrations that affect a large area of the patient's body form a stream of impulsive activity into the emotion structures of the brainstem and its cortex. As a result of low-frequency rhythmic influence, psychoemotional and physical relaxation develops. The combination of roller and vibration massage enhances psycho-relaxation, reduces excitability and anxiety, restores the normal with it and creates a sense of rest.
Indication: prolonged mental and physical fatigue, worsening of the general condition after the transferred disease, vegetative-vascular dystonia, neurosis, mild disorders with.
Contraindications: organic diseases of the central nervous system, abstinence syndrome, asthenic conditions as a result of severe diseases and head injury.
Alpha massage
Alpha massage - the impact of mechanical, thermal and light factors.
Effects on all sensory systems of the body form a stream of impulses into the brain stem, which leads to the activation of various parts of the cortex and the formation of stable bonds that supplant the conditioned reflex reactions weakened during fatigue. Polysensory effect improves mood, reduces internal tension, increases exercise tolerance and stabilizes vegetative status, possesses psycho-relaxing, enzyme-stimulating and catabolic effects.
Indication: chronic fatigue syndrome, asthenic syndrome, autonomic dysfunction, AKP, sleep disturbances.
Contraindications: organic diseases of the central nervous system, abstinence syndrome, asthenic conditions.

Complex of effects in alpha massage
- General vibration.
- Thermotherapy of the back and thighs (temperature up to 49 ° C).
- Dry air bath (temperature 80 ° С).
- Aromatherapy (oils of lavender, rosemary, fennel, etc.).
- Aeroionotherapy.
- Pulse (6-12 Hz) photostimulation (9000 lux).
- Selective (red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple) chromotherapy (alone or in combination).
- Audio relaxation.
For alpha-massage, special devices are used - capsules.
- "Alpha 33" has programmed regimes of relaxation, weight loss, analgesia, skin care, massage, detoxification and three thermal regimes (low, medium and high intensity).
- "Sunspectra 9000" performs nine major integrated therapeutic treatments.
Procedures are carried out in a special soundproof room. The patient is placed in a capsule in clothes that do not impede the movement of the head, they put on glasses and headphones. The capsule is closed with a transparent lid. Choose a relaxing program and conduct the procedure.
Alpha massage is combined with a therapeutic massage. The procedures are dosed according to the duration (15-90 min), the intensity of the heat flux, the amplitude of the vibro-displacement, the concentration and composition of essential oils, the degree of air ionization. Usually prescribe a course of treatment for 10-12 procedures and repeat the course in 2 months.
