Vibration massage relaxation is a combined effect of low-frequency vibration of varying amplitude and periodic mechanical roller action on the human body. Vibrations affecting a significant area of the patient's body form a flow of impulse activity in the emotiogenic structures of the brain stem and its cortex. As a result of low-frequency rhythmic action, psycho-emotional and physical relaxation develops. The combination of roller and vibration massage enhances psycho-relaxation, reduces excitability and anxiety, restores normal s and creates a feeling of complete rest.
Indications: prolonged mental and physical fatigue, deterioration of the general condition after an illness, vegetative-vascular dystonia, neuroses, mild disorders with.
Contraindications: organic diseases of the central nervous system, withdrawal syndrome, asthenic conditions resulting from severe diseases and traumatic brain injury.
Alpha massage
Alpha massage - the effect of mechanical, thermal and light factors.
The impact on all sensory systems of the body forms a flow of impulses in the brain stem, which leads to the activation of various areas of the cortex and the formation of stable connections that displace conditioned reflex reactions weakened by fatigue. Polysensory impact improves mood, reduces internal tension, increases tolerance to physical activity and stabilizes the vegetative status, has psycho-relaxing, enzyme-stimulating and catabolic effects.
Indications: chronic fatigue syndrome, asthenic syndrome, autonomic dysfunction, post-traumatic stress disorder, sleep disorders.
Contraindications: organic diseases of the central nervous system, withdrawal syndrome, asthenic conditions.

Complex of effects during alpha massage
- General vibration.
- Thermotherapy for the back and hips (temperature up to 49°C).
- Dry air bath (temperature 80 °C).
- Aromatherapy (lavender, rosemary, fennel oils, etc.).
- Aeroionotherapy.
- Pulsed (6-12 Hz) photostimulation (9000 Lx).
- Selective (red, blue, green, yellow, orange, violet) chromotherapy (separately or in combination).
- Audio relaxation.
For alpha massage, special installations are used - capsules.
- "Alpha 33" has programmed modes of relaxation, weight loss, analgesia, skin care, massage, detoxification and three thermal modes (low, medium and high intensity).
- Sunspectra 9000 performs nine basic integrated therapeutic modes of action.
The procedures are carried out in a special soundproof room. The patient is placed in a capsule in clothes that do not restrict head movement, glasses and headphones are put on. The capsule is closed with a transparent lid. A relaxing program is selected and the procedure is carried out.
Alpha massage is combined with therapeutic massage. The procedures are dosed by duration (15-90 min), intensity of heat flow, amplitude of vibration movements, concentration and composition of essential oils, degree of air ionization. Usually a course of treatment is prescribed for 10-12 procedures and the course is repeated after 2 months.
