Indications for hospitalization
Mainly clinical: the severity of symptoms of intoxication, fever, the degree of damage to various organs and systems (primarily the nervous, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal), the development of complications, the presence of severe premorbid diseases.
Treatment of pseudotuberculosis does not differ from the treatment of yersiniosis. To activate the macrophagal-phagocytic system, the deblockade of the effector system of immunity by immune complexes, the weakening of allergic reactions of GNT and HRT recommend repeated intravenous or intramuscular injection of normal human immunoglobulin with an interval of 2-3 days, a course of 5-6 injections. There are reports of the successful use of recombinant human IL-2: 500,000 IU twice.

Memo for the patient
It is necessary to comply with the recommended daily schedule and diet; do not self-medicate. Treatment of pseudotuberculosis should be carried out in accordance with the timing and clinical manifestations of the disease; to undergo prophylactic medical examination at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after recovery, with prolonged and chronic course of the disease - for a longer period until the final cure.
