Effective treatment of mastopathy with herbs is determined by the simultaneous use of a whole complex of medicinal decoctions, compresses or infusions.
The key to a successful result is the regular use of the products and continuation of the therapeutic course even after getting rid of the clinical symptoms of mastopathy. Cabbage, orthilia secunda, celandine, nettle, camphor oil, propolis and many other plants and substances have proven themselves to be very effective in folk medicine.
Treatment of mastopathy with cabbage
Traditional methods of treatment include the use of herbs individually or in mixtures, as well as fresh vegetables. They are used to prepare compresses, but it should be remembered that only in combination therapy with a general effect, and not just local, can the desired result be achieved.
Treatment of mastopathy with cabbage can be done with either a whole cabbage leaf or a chopped vegetable. It is considered an effective addition to herbal medicine and homeopathic preparations, which ensures a faster recovery.
Cabbage juice, taken internally, in addition to its general strengthening effect, provides a strong destructive effect on cancer cells, thereby preventing the transformation of benign forms of mastopathy into malignant ones.
To prepare the juice, mince the cabbage and separate it from the pulp using gauze. Fresh juice should be consumed in the morning before breakfast half an hour before, 100 ml, and also before each meal (no more than 3 times).
Treatment of mastopathy with cabbage is used as compresses from pre-crushed leaves, which should resemble a homogeneous mass. After which you should combine the resulting gruel with 50 ml of milk or kefir. After mixing, you can use the mixture to apply to the mammary glands. To do this, you need to apply the product to gauze napkins and change them 3-4 times a day. As soon as the napkin dries, it is time to apply a new one.
Treatment of mastopathy with cabbage leaf
There is a wide variety of recipes based on cabbage leaves. However, all of them are considered an effective folk medicine, as the result has been tested for years. Treatment of mastopathy with cabbage leaves can be carried out both exclusively with the leaf and in combination with other vegetables.
So, here are a few options for using cabbage. First, wash the leaf under water and apply butter to it, having melted it beforehand. After that, add a little salt to the leaf and leave it for a few minutes so that the juice appears. The cabbage leaf located on the mammary glands should be covered with a clean cloth. It is advisable to use a natural material that will not be needed later, since there is a possibility of it being soaked with juice. This compress should be used for 8-10 hours, after which a new one should be prepared.
Treatment of mastopathy with cabbage leaf is also possible in combination with honey. To do this, you need to lubricate the leaf with honey and use it in the same way as in the previous recipe. However, first you should check your skin for allergies to honey, as it is a strong allergen.
Cabbage leaves can be used without any additives. Before this, it is advisable to remove thick veins from the leaf and beat it thoroughly to release juice. Then it is necessary to apply cabbage leaves to the mammary glands and then cover them with natural material.
Treatment of mastopathy with beets
The healing properties of beetroot have been known for decades. It is used to treat many diseases, including mastopathy. Pain relief is provided by B vitamins, which nourish the nerve endings. Vitamins A and C are good antioxidants and can strengthen the vascular wall.
Treatment of mastopathy with beetroot is due to the inhibitory effect on the production of prolactin, thereby reducing its content in the bloodstream. In addition, beetroot components improve local blood circulation, control thyroid hormones and have a slight diuretic effect, which is necessary to reduce swelling of glandular tissues.
Treatment of mastopathy with beetroot includes the use of juice or compresses. Beetroot juice can be obtained by passing the vegetable through a juicer or by rubbing it on a fine grater and squeezing it through cheesecloth. After this, leave the juice in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours without covering it with a lid. The remedy should be consumed 15 ml three times a day, gradually increasing the dosage. To improve the taste, beetroot juice can be diluted with water or carrot juice. After a month-long course of treatment, you need to take a break for 4 weeks, and then resume treatment.
As for compresses, to prepare it, apply up to 5 tablespoons of grated beetroot to a cabbage leaf and apply before bed. Another option involves adding 15 g of honey to 200 grams of grated beetroot. Heat the mixture in a water bath and add 30 ml of 9% vinegar. Mix everything thoroughly, apply to a cabbage leaf and apply to the mammary glands while slightly warm. Cover with a warm scarf and leave overnight. You can alternate the types of compresses every 10 days.
It is worth remembering the contraindications for using beetroot juice internally. These include gastritis with excessive secretion of hydrochloric acid, peptic ulcer, diabetes, osteoporosis, the presence of stones in the urethra and low systemic arterial pressure.
Treatment of mastopathy with pumpkin
Pumpkin, thanks to its composition, can be considered a full-fledged medicine, since such a quantity of vitamins and microelements in one vegetable is still to be found. Both the seeds and the pulp of the pumpkin itself are used to treat diseases.
Treatment of mastopathy with pumpkin provides a reduction in pain in the mammary glands. Most often, the pulp is used for compresses. To prepare, you need to peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds. After that, you need to grate it. The resulting mass is applied to the chest for several hours. It is advisable not to use cold pumpkin, so it is recommended to leave it in the room beforehand to warm up a little.
Treatment of mastopathy with pumpkin also consists of pumpkin oil, which has a bactericidal, anti-inflammatory and antitumor effect. Due to its positive effect on hormonal levels, pumpkin oil is widely used in the premenstrual and climacteric period to reduce discomfort.
Treatment of mastopathy with orthilia secunda
The effectiveness of the orthilia secunda is based on the hydroquinone it contains, which is a powerful antioxidant. It helps to actively cleanse the body of toxic substances. In addition, having an antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effect, the orthilia secunda reduces swelling of glandular tissues and pain syndrome.
Additional useful substances are vitamin C and flavonoids. The main treatment of mastopathy with the uterus is due to phytohomones, which inhibit the production of estrogens. As a result, the qualitative composition of hormones in the blood is normalized, thereby reducing its impact on glandular tissues.
It is not recommended to take the orthilia secunda during pregnancy, breastfeeding, obstruction of the fallopian tubes and pathology of the blood coagulation system. Also, one should be careful with combinations of drugs that affect hormone levels, since the orthilia secunda can both enhance and reduce their effect.
Treatment of mastopathy with the orthilia secunda has some side effects that may occur as a result of non-compliance with the dosage and frequency of administration. Thus, among them it is worth noting the engorgement and soreness of the glands at the beginning of the treatment course. In case of overdose, headaches, nausea and pain in the stomach area may occur.
This remedy has several methods of administration. To prepare the tincture, you will need 100 g of the herb and a liter of 40% alcohol solution. It should be infused for 20 days in a dark place. The dosage is 30 drops, taken three times a day half an hour before meals. During menstruation, you should stop treatment with the orthilia secunda for a while.
To prepare the decoction, pour 15 g of the herb with warm water and leave in a water bath for 15 minutes. After that, you need to insist up to 4 hours. As soon as the decoction is ready, it should be taken 15 ml 4-5 times a day. When buying the herb in a pharmacy, the packaging should contain instructions for preparation indicating the exact dosage.
In addition, in the pharmacy you can buy tea bags based on the orthilia secunda and its extract in the form of drops. Do not forget about herbal infusions using the orthilia secunda, red brush and round-leaved wintergreen, which together provide a high result.
Treatment of mastopathy with celandine
Celandine contains alkaloid substances, amines similar to histamine, flavonoids, tannins and vitamins C and A. Some alkaloids have a morphine-like property, due to which celandine can minimize pain in mastopathy. In addition, they have antitumor properties, which are necessary for this disease.
Vitamins have an antioxidant effect and inhibit the development of malignant tumors. Flavonoids affect the wall of the blood vessel, strengthening it and activating local circulation, and also exhibit their anti-inflammatory properties. Treatment of mastopathy with celandine is based on the death of cells that can provoke the growth of malignant tumors.
Contraindications include low systemic blood pressure, gastric ulcer, pregnancy and lactation, age under 12, and epilepsy. If the rules for using celandine are not followed, allergic reactions, pain in the stomach, shortness of breath, and fainting may develop.
Treatment of mastopathy with celandine includes the use of several methods. To prepare a decoction, 10 g of the herb must be brewed in 200 ml of boiling water and infused in a thermos for about an hour. After this time, the folk remedy will be ready. It should be taken three times a day, 70 ml an hour before meals. After a month's course, you need to take a break for 2 weeks.
The tincture is prepared from 15 g of celandine and 200 g of water and infused for about 2 weeks in a dark place. After this, the tincture must be filtered through gauze and taken every morning as follows. On the first day, one drop diluted in 100 ml of water will be enough. Then, add 1 drop daily, gradually reaching 10-15 drops. The maximum dose should be taken for 1-1.5 months, and then again reduced by 1 drop.
In addition to folk remedies with celandine for internal use, there are also ointments with its addition. To prepare it, you need to twist the tops of the grass during the period of active flowering and squeeze out the juice. Add the same amount of butter (ghee). After obtaining a homogeneous mass, you need to rub the mixture in at night for up to a month.
A combination of 50 g of celandine with 1 kg of rye flour, 100 g of crushed dry coltsfoot leaves and 100 g of mistletoe leaves can reveal a huge number of useful properties. The resulting mixture should be diluted with whey and a flat cake should be made from the “dough”. It should be applied to the chest in the evening and kept until the morning.
Treatment of mastopathy with hemlock
Hemlock is used to treat many diseases, including mastopathy. In order to achieve the desired effect, you should follow certain rules. Hemlock should be collected as soon as it blooms. To prepare a healing infusion, you will need only fresh grass, since in dried form the plant loses some of its beneficial properties.
Treatment of mastopathy with hemlock is based on the use of a tincture, which is prepared in several ways. For the first recipe, you should collect inflorescences and young leaves. Finely chop the hemlock, place it in a jar, filling it one third. The remaining empty space in the jar must be filled with vodka. It should be infused in a dark place for 15 days. After straining the tincture (it should be light yellow with a greenish tint and a small sediment), store it in the refrigerator.
Another recipe involves preparation in several stages. First, you need to collect the inflorescences and fill a jar with them to the volume of one fifth. Then you should add vodka, filling two thirds of the jar and leave to infuse. When immature seeds appear, they need to be collected and added to the jar to the volume of one fifth, adding vodka to the top. Infuse for 15 days. This combination provides a more powerful healing effect.
Treatment of mastopathy with hemlock is carried out starting with 1 drop per glass of water. Every day the dose is increased by 1 drop, and starting from the 15th day it is also reduced. Some sources suggest increasing the dosage to 30 drops per larger volume of water, but side effects such as dizziness, headache, nausea and weakness are possible.
Treatment of mastopathy with golden mustache
Golden mustache is known in folk medicine as a powerful healing plant, the juice of which contains a huge amount of flavonoids (kaepferol and quercetin) and phytosteroids, namely active pigments and tannins. Quercetin has the activity of vitamin P, has an antitumor, diuretic effect and is able to relax muscles. The substance also tones the body as a whole and strengthens the walls of blood vessels. Treatment of mastopathy with golden mustache is based on its ability to normalize hormonal levels, acting on estrogens through phytohormones.
In addition, it is impossible not to mention the presence of vitamins of group B, C and PP. Both the plant itself and the juice are capable of reducing atherosclerotic accumulations inside the vessel and have an antitumor effect, affecting benign and malignant processes.
Treatment of mastopathy with golden mustache is carried out thanks to the following remedy. To prepare it, it is necessary to grind about 14 internodes of golden mustache in any way and add 0.5 liters of vodka to it. It is necessary to insist for 15 days in a dark place. In addition, it should be stirred regularly, and after a while - filtered and poured into a glass bottle. Tightly closed, the tincture can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time.
It is worth taking 15 ml before meals 30 minutes once a day for up to six months. Every three weeks you need to rest for a week.
Treatment of mastopathy with burdock
Burdock, in particular its leaves and inflorescences, are widely used for medicinal purposes. If you use the root of the plant, it is advisable to choose it no older than 2 years before flowering. Fresh burdock is considered the most effective, but if you dry it correctly, it will retain its healing properties for much longer. It is enough to first simply dry the burdock in the oven, and then dry it in the usual way.
Treatment of mastopathy with burdock is justified by its vitamin C and carotene, which act on the gland tissue as powerful antitoxic agents. As a result of the presence of diuretic properties, a decrease in swelling and pain syndrome is noted.
As for the antitumor effect, it is due to the presence of insulin, stigmasterol, sitosterol and alkaloids. Burdock treatment of mastopathy is carried out using infusions and decoctions of the root, compresses of leaves and tea from inflorescences.
To prepare the decoction, pour 30 g of the dry root with half a liter of water. After that, boil for about a quarter of an hour and filter. It is recommended to take the decoction 70 ml after meals 3 times a day.
Burdock infusion is prepared as follows. You need to pour 5 g of root with half a liter of boiling water and leave it overnight. The finished product must be drunk during the day.
Treatment of mastopathy with elderberry
Elderberry can be used as tinctures, compresses and even fresh berries. There are several varieties of berries: herbaceous variety, when the elderberry bunches are facing upwards, and bush - when the berry grows in the form of a bush, and its branches hang down from the weight.
Despite these differences, the method of preparation is the same. First, you need to collect the berries at the end of summer or in September, wash them thoroughly and dry them. Then you need to lay the elderberries in a layer approximately 15 mm thick, and sprinkle sugar on top in the same layer. In this way, you need to fill the jar.
After sealing the container tightly, leave it in the refrigerator for a week. If the temperature is not low enough, a white coating may form in the jar. After a week of infusion, filter the product, squeeze out the juice and put it back in the refrigerator.
Treatment of mastopathy with elderberry is carried out in two ways, depending on the type of berries. So, if a bush variety was used, then the tincture should be taken 10 ml before meals an hour twice a day. If herbaceous elderberry was infused, then a certain scheme should be followed. It is advisable to drink half a glass of water 30 minutes before meals, and an hour after meals, take 15 ml of berry syrup. Similar treatment of mastopathy with elderberry is repeated in May for up to 30 days and in autumn - about 45 days.
Treatment of mastopathy with calendula
Treatment of mastopathy with calendula consists of several options for using the medicinal plant. The simplest way is to brew tea with calendula. It can be brewed alone or in combination with chamomile and lemon balm. You need to take 5 g of each herb and pour boiling water over it. In a quarter of an hour, the medicinal tea will be ready.
Calendula flowers are used to treat both mastopathy and other benign oncological formations. The flowers contain vitamins, flavonoids and carotene, which is why calendula is considered an effective medicinal plant.
Treatment of mastopathy with calendula is carried out using a tincture based on this herb. To prepare, you need to pour 30 g of calendula with a liter of boiling water in a saucepan, cover with a lid and bring to a boil over low heat and wait 10 minutes. Then pour it into a thermos and leave the decoction to infuse for 12 hours. Taking calendula consists of drinking 100 ml of tincture 5 times a day for a course of several months.
Despite the fact that the main “drugs” for folk treatment of mastopathy are considered to be herbs and natural vegetables, you still need to consult a doctor before using them.
