Treatment of cysts with folk remedies can really be effective. A cyst is a cavity benign neoplasm in various organs. A cyst can form in the gum or liver, ovary or brain. This is one of the most frequently diagnosed diseases, which was known back in the days of Hippocrates. By the way, the one who is still considered one of the founding fathers of medical science used the so-called folk remedies to treat cystic formations. Of course, there are types of cysts that need to be operated on, often such surgical intervention is carried out in an emergency mode. This concerns ruptures of large cysts, purulent cysts and neoplasms prone to malignancy, that is, to degeneration into malignant formations.
Cysts, against which folk remedies can have the desired effect, are conventionally divided into two categories:
- Congenital neoplasms that develop in the fetal body while still in the womb.
- Acquired cysts that form under the influence of pathological factors, concomitant diseases or injuries.
Any cyst, no matter what type it is, is a pathological formation that requires either constant monitoring or medical or surgical treatment.
Most often, a cyst is detected during routine medical examinations, especially for small cysts that do not have complications. All cysts have a cavity that contains either secretory fluid, or fat cells, or dermoid (embryonic) tissue. A cyst can also be false or solitary, i.e. true.
Solitary neoplasms differ from acquired, false ones in that their cavity consists of epithelial tissue. A false neoplasm does not have epithelium inside, its walls consist of tissues of the organ in which it was formed. There are cysts that can quickly provoke an oncological disease, therefore, not every cyst accepts folk treatment.
Treatment of a cyst with folk remedies depends on the factor that provoked the formation of the cyst, the size of the neoplasm, its location, the structure of the contents and many other components. Only a doctor should diagnose and determine the treatment option; self-medication often leads to malignancy of the cyst, when precious time that should have been devoted to drug treatment is lost. Also, the wrong choice of herbal medicine or self-prescription of medications can provoke a rupture of the cyst or twisting of its stalk.
There are types of cysts that have a parasitic etiology. There are also those that develop as a result of organ injury. Congenital cysts are undeveloped ducts, channels that do not become part of the system and turn into neoplasms, often not manifesting themselves for years. Some of the most alarming in terms of transformation into oncology are neoplasms of the ovaries, brain and pancreas. Renal cysts are also dangerous, folk remedies for which are practically not used.
Symptoms of a cyst most often do not appear in the early stages of development, although this period is the most favorable for treatment with herbal preparations or drugs. Large cysts are most often subject to surgical removal, but during the recovery period, therapy based on natural components is acceptable.
The most effective folk remedies for cysts
- Burdock juice. Burdock is also called agrimony, the well-known healing burdock oil is a product obtained from burdock roots. Arctium - or bear, this is how the Greek word for burdock is translated. It is believed that the mass of healing properties of burdock clearly proves the right of this plant to be called by such a significant name. Burdock leaves and roots contain alkaloids, up to 50% inulin, sterols, stigmasterols, tannins and bitters, resin and some types of vitamins. Burdock is used as a blood-purifying medicine, which is why it is also useful for cysts. The most useful folk remedy for cysts is burdock juice. The plant is washed, dried and ground in a meat grinder. The resulting juice should be infused in a glass container in a dark, cool place for 4-5 days. It is necessary to ensure that the liquid does not ferment. The juice should be taken for two months, twice a day, two tablespoons before meals. It is advisable to undergo a control ultrasound examination before and after the start of "burdock" therapy.
- Elecampane, the name of which speaks eloquently of its healing properties. People say that elecampane is strong against nine ailments. It was in elecampane that natural inulin, a polysaccharide from which fructose is obtained, was first identified. Also, in some countries, it is believed that dried elecampane grass, located in the home, protects all household members from diseases and evil spirits. In India, candied elecampane is considered not so much a delicacy as a means of attracting wealth and luck. Often, it is the use of elecampane that helps get rid of small cystic neoplasms. Elecampane infusion is prepared as follows: yeast (dry, one tablespoon) is diluted in three liters of boiled, cooled water. Then 35-40 grams of dry elecampane grass are added to the liquid. The remedy is infused for at least two days in a dark, cool place. There should be no strong fermentation. The tincture should be taken for 21 days, twice a day, half a glass early in the morning, before meals and late in the evening, before bed.
- A herbal mixture that includes oregano, sorrel roots, green walnut leaves, nettle, succession, burdock root and knotweed. Mix everything, taking one tablespoon of each herb. Grind in a mortar, add three tablespoons of immortelle, a tablespoon of valerian and three tablespoons of St. John's wort. Mix everything. Take two tablespoons of the resulting mixture, pour 500 ml of boiling water and leave for 10-12 hours. It is convenient to prepare the decoction in the evening and leave it overnight. Take one tablespoon for a month half an hour before meals (3-4 times a day).
- Acacia, which includes unique components - quercetin, rutin, alkaloids and vitamins, glycosides and kaempferodes. In China and especially in Japan, acacia is considered one of the most healing agents, we will also try to use it in the treatment of cysts with folk remedies. 4-5 tablespoons of acacia flowers and leaves are poured with half a liter of vodka. This remedy should be infused for a week in a dark, cool place. The longer the mixture is infused, the higher the concentration of rutin and quercetin, which are responsible for restoring the elasticity of blood vessels. This infusion should be used carefully, since it contains alcohol. The intake is one teaspoon half an hour before meals twice a day for two months.
Treatment of cysts with folk remedies can be used for a long time and strictly in the prescribed regimen. It is desirable that herbal therapy be carried out under the supervision of the attending physician, because not every natural component is useful. Some herbs, such as popular celandine or hellebore, often lead to serious complications due to the fact that they have a high concentration of certain alkaloids. The best way to prevent or cure a cyst remains prevention and regular comprehensive examinations.
