Tibetan sages are credited with many useful recipes based on medicinal plants and other natural substances. Tibetan body cleansing is from this series. Today, many practices and sets of herbs are known under this brand, from which everyone can choose according to the characteristics of their body.

Indications for the procedure

The Tibetan monks' method of cleansing the body is more relevant than ever in the modern world. Overeating, drinking and smoking, unnatural food, a sedentary lifestyle, stress and overload, environmental pollution - there are more than enough reasons to be "out of shape" today.

  • Tibetan body cleansing helps restore vigor, efficiency, positive worldview and optimism. Wise lamas knew how to do this and passed on their knowledge to modern humanity.

One of the options suggests using a traditional Eastern product – rice. Perceiving it not only as food but also as medicine, you can carry out a planned cleansing at any time of the year. The procedures are performed in the morning. Rice removes harmful components, activates the liver and metabolism, has a beneficial effect on joints and skin. The method is also called "cleansing by the number of years."

  • The amount of cereal depends on age: 1 year - 1 tbsp. The washed product is placed in a jar in the evening, filled with warm water, closed and put in the cold.

In the morning, drain the water, boil a full spoon of the swollen cereal and eat it on an empty stomach at half past seven in the morning. Fill the jar with water again and put it in a cold place. And so on, until the last grain of rice. An important condition: after a rice breakfast, be sure to "fast" for three hours.

  • The logic of the ancient monks is as follows: by washing out the starch from the grains, we make rice an active sorbent. It is not digested by the gastrointestinal tract; it has a different task: to absorb and remove everything unnecessary from the body. In this way, poisons, cholesterol, excess salts and other "harmful things" are sent out.

During cleansing, it is important to support the myocardium, which requires potassium for normal functioning. For this purpose, dried apricots, figs, raisins, and potatoes are included in the daily diet.

Dried fruits can be ground, mixed with honey and lemon and "molded" into a cake that thickens in the cold and holds its shape. Such a healthy treat can be eaten not only during cleansing, but also whenever you want something sweet - instead of flour and fatty desserts.

To cleanse the body of toxins

The secrets of Tibetan body cleansing are in the use of natural substances endowed with beneficial properties. Vegetables, cereals, and herbal infusions are used to cleanse the body of toxins. The procedures help to improve health and serve as an auxiliary factor in the treatment of complex diseases. Authentic Tibetan plants are not always available, so they are replaced by local ones.

The proposed Tibetan cleansing method is tied to the lunar cycle; it is believed to rid not only of harmful substances, but also of negative energy. According to adherents of the method, it helps to lose a few kilograms and fully restore physical strength. The main points are as follows:

  • During the full moon, it is forbidden to eat, you can only drink.
  • Not all foods can be eaten two days before and two days after the full moon.
  • Allowed foods: soy milk and sprouts, zucchini, cabbage, carrots, ginger, green peppers, parsley, garlic, dill, celery, dandelions, citrus fruits, strawberries, green apples.
  • The effect is enhanced by honey massage, peeling, and herbal tea.

After such preparation, it is time to take a cleansing drink. In the absence of real Tibetan herbs, a collection of chamomile, immortelle, St. John's wort, birch buds and strawberry leaves is used. Prepare as follows:

  • Place 2 tablespoons of herbs in a thermos, pour in 200 ml of boiling water, keep for 8 hours. Drink the strained liquid 0.5 cups twice a day before meals.

The procedure is useful for vascular and heart pathologies, nephritis, cholecystitis and other chronic diseases. To improve memory and metabolism, add flower honey or dried apricots.

Technique Tibetan body cleansing

Legendary healers from Tibet believe that the treatment of any disease must begin with cleansing the blood and lymph. Such a procedure prevents some diseases, and cures others faster. This is the basis of Tibetan recipes for cleansing the body, described in a medical treatise on medicinal plants. The sages studied their properties and passed on the information to their descendants in written form.

  • Tibetan body cleansing is carried out using various methods. Garlic, ginger, celandine, rice are just some of the products recommended for cleansing.
  1. Celandine tincture renews the lymphatic system. The juice squeezed from the herb is diluted with alcohol - 10 drops per 70 ml. The regimen is based on increasing doses: from a drop for the first breakfast - to 15 for dinner on the fifth day, then in reverse order, reducing by a drop each time.
  2. Ginger is known as a unique remedy for removing poisons of any origin, including radiation, and for weight loss. A drink is made from fresh root: 10-20 g is put in a cup of boiling water, after 10 minutes add honey and lemon. Drink in two doses: on an empty stomach 30 minutes before breakfast and during the day.
  3. Garlic has strong cleansing and rejuvenating properties. A simple recipe for blood purification: place a clove of garlic in a cup of water at room temperature overnight. In the morning, pick out the clove and drink the water. The cleansing course is a month.

Tibetan herbs for body cleansing

According to some sources, Tibetan herbs for cleansing the body were given to novices so that they could adapt more quickly to the harsh monastic routine. This helped to cure diseases in the shortest possible time, cleansed, gave strength and vigor to perform physical work and monastic service. After all, Tibetan recipes for cleansing the body are composed taking into account the principle of its integrity and harmony with the surrounding world.

  • The healing properties of herbs have not gone away even today, and potions based on them are useful to everyone, here and now.

After taking them, the nervous system is restored, harmful components are removed, including stones in all organs where they can form. Teas from the Tibetan collection normalize metabolism, are beneficial for osteochondrosis, diabetes, heart and vascular problems.

  • It is believed that the natural collection includes almost 30 plants growing in a limited area in Tibet, so they are not readily available to the general consumer.

Today, a simplified composition of 4-5 herbs is offered, which is used not only in the cases listed above, but also for obesity, poor memory, hypertension, chronic pathologies of the liver, gallbladder, and kidneys.

For one serving, take 100 g of dry raw materials: St. John's wort, chamomile, strawberry leaves and birch buds. Brew 2 tablespoons of the mixture in 400 ml of water at a time. Keep in a thermos overnight, drink in the morning after filtering. The dosage depends on the specific problem.

Tibetan collection for cleansing the body

The Tibetan collection for cleansing the body includes four popular plants: sandy immortelle, chamomile, St. John's wort, birch (buds). This set not only cleanses, but also rejuvenates the body, which is why it is called the recipe for youth.

The drink has diuretic, choleretic, anti-inflammatory properties. Removes cholesterol deposits, normalizes digestion and metabolism. Additional effects - prevention of heart attack, stroke, atherosclerosis.

  • For Tibetan body cleansing, dry raw materials are used, prepared according to the rules, stored in a closed ceramic or glass container. It is not recommended to be treated with this collection during the hot period of the year.

The herbal mixture is ground with a blender and brewed in a thermos: 1 tbsp. per 0.5 l of boiling water. After 40 minutes, the plant part is squeezed out, and the liquid is cooled. The Tibetan drink is ready. Drink a glass in the morning and evening, warmed and sweetened with honey. The main condition is to strictly adhere to the dosage and duration of the procedure.

There is another scheme. The infusion prepared in the same ratio is divided in half and the first portion is drunk in the evening, after the last meal. Nothing else can be eaten that day! The second part is drunk on an empty stomach, the next morning.

  • This method is used once every five years, but not in a row, but with breaks: after a month of cleansing - a week's break, then again the infusion is used daily for a month. In general, 2.5 months of cleansing is recommended.

It is important to know that the body reacts to Tibetan cleansing with unpleasant sensations. Stagnant bile, which is forced to move by active substances, causes discomfort in the liver area, and cleansing of the cerebral vessels gives a feeling of "warming up" of the head. Due to cleansing of the lymphatic system, itching and increased sweating are possible. This means that everything is going according to plan, and the collection has begun to act.

Tibetan Rejuvenating Longevity Collection

Tibetan monks have succeeded in many things concerning the secrets of the creation of the world, the relationship of man with the outside world and the elements of nature. They did not bypass the secrets of longevity, because this issue has been relevant at all times. Women have always wanted to impress with beauty and youth, and men - to maintain good health and activity. Tibetan rejuvenating collection of longevity helps modern humanity in fulfilling eternal desires. According to legends, it not only prolongs youth, but also returns it to the body if it has already been lost.

  • To carry out Tibetan body cleansing, plants are used that combine with each other and mutually enhance the result. The aromatic miracle composition, called the elixir of youth, demonstrates the so-called synergism effect: when the total effect of the collection is much stronger than from the infusion of each of the ingredients separately.

Not everyone believes that a simple remedy is really capable of such miracles, but the lamas themselves, who are famous for their longevity, are proof. The beneficial effect of the collection is explained by the fact that it is this composition that contains the balance of substances necessary for individual regenerative processes and renewal of the body as a whole.

The infusion of longevity is prepared from immortelle, St. John's wort, chamomile flowers and birch buds, taken in equal proportions (100 g each). Infuse in 0.5 l of boiling water, without boiling, to preserve the beneficial substances as much as possible.

Drink a pleasant light herbal tea, not exceeding the dosage: half in the morning, the rest in the evening, an hour before meals. And so on for 3 weeks. During this period, dietary nutrition is recommended: light meals, a minimum of tonic drinks; alcohol, tobacco, fats, salt are prohibited.

Tibetan body cleansing uses plant ingredients collected in ecologically clean areas and properly dried. The Tibetan collection includes 4 medicinal plants in equal proportions (100 g each). What is their effect?

Tibetan Cleansing Herbal Tea for Body Cleansing

The real Tibetan tea for cleansing the body, Tibetan cleansing herbal tea, which meets the original recipe, includes more than two dozen components. These are medicinal plants growing in Tibet, but many of them feel great in the European part of our continent.

For Tibetan body cleansing, several types of collection are used, depending on the purpose of the procedure. That is, what exactly needs to be cleansed: blood vessels, liver or other organs subject to clogging and "sticking" of waste.

The general effect of Tibetan herbal tea, regardless of its composition, is manifested in diuretic and choleretic, antihelminthic, anti-inflammatory effects. The drink is recommended for the prevention of cardiovascular problems, strengthening the immune system, and supporting the body in its fight against malignant tumors.

The peculiarity is that there are almost no age restrictions for drinking the drink. After all, the composition is maximally balanced, and the natural compounds contained in the dry raw materials are effectively absorbed by the human body.

  • A standard set of ingredients for cleansing the kidneys and gastrointestinal tract, skin rejuvenation, lymph and blood regeneration, and joint treatment – strawberry leaves and roots, chamomile and St. John’s wort flowers, and birch buds.
  • Another version of herbal tea is called "royal". The ingredients are the same, but without strawberry roots. In addition to other benefits, the drink gets rid of excess weight and rejuvenates the skin.
  • The most effective Tibetan herbal tea is considered to be a 26-component collection. But here, too, there are options, depending on individual reactions.

For example, if there are stool disorders, either laxatives or strengthening ingredients are added to it. Only a competent herbalist or a doctor who constantly monitors the patient can select them.

During the cleansing, it is necessary to adhere to a healthy diet, in particular, exclude colored sodas, confectionery, coffee, fatty meat, cereals. Of the fermented milk products, yogurt with bifidobacteria is allowed.

It goes without saying that alcohol and nicotine are out of the question. It is essential to eat on time, without snacks. The effect is enhanced if you do water procedures from Tibetan plants at the same time as teas. Simply pour the infusion into warm water and take a bath.

Cleansing the body with rice: Tibetan method

Rice body cleansing is gaining popularity – a Tibetan method of rejuvenation. It is based on the beneficial properties of rice, which were used to the maximum by ancient lamas. This is one of the most popular methods of Tibetan body cleansing.

Properly consumed rice helps to lose weight, removes toxins and waste, normalizes the functioning of the liver, pancreas, stomach. Strengthens blood vessels and eliminates pain in them, has an excellent effect on the skin.

  • The procedure requires round varieties. The amount of product is measured with spoons. Take as much as the person is full years old.

The grains, washed three times with cold water, are placed in a saucepan or jar, filled with lukewarm water and covered. Leave overnight in a cold place. The next morning, the liquid is drained. Take 1 spoon and boil for several minutes without any additives. Eat on an empty stomach, before 8 am.

The remaining rice should be poured with lukewarm boiled water again and left in the cold. The next morning, repeat the steps and do so until the product is finished. An important condition is not to eat anything for the first three hours after eating the rice.

  • The essence of the procedure is that soaked rice is freed from starch and becomes porous, like a sponge. It absorbs poisons and waste and removes everything from the body.

Cleansing according to this recipe is carried out once a quarter. Additional recommendations concern the support of the heart muscle, which requires potassium for its functioning. It is replenished with bananas, potatoes and dried fruits. Those wishing to lose weight in this way exclude potatoes - as a source of starch, which does not contribute to weight loss.
