  2. Second day – 4 drops for breakfast, 5 drops for lunch, 6 drops for dinner.
  3. Day 3 – 7 drops for breakfast, 8 drops for lunch, 9 drops for dinner.
  4. Day 4 – 10 drops for breakfast, 11 drops for lunch, 12 drops for dinner.
  5. Day 5 – 13 drops for breakfast, 14 drops for lunch, 15 drops for dinner.
  6. Day 6 - 15 drops of garlic for breakfast, 14 drops for lunch and 15 drops for dinner.
  7. Day 7 – 12 drops for breakfast, 11 drops for lunch, 10 drops for dinner.
  8. Day 8 – 9 drops for breakfast, 8 drops for lunch, 7 drops for dinner.
  9. Day nine – 6 drops for breakfast, 5 drops for lunch, 4 drops for dinner.
  10. Day 10 – 3 drops for breakfast, 2 drops for lunch, 1 drop for dinner.

If you have conscientiously followed the entire scheme, your vessels will become much stronger. But you will probably have some garlic tincture left. Should you really throw it away? Of course not, especially since this tincture becomes stronger and more effective every day.

You need to drink 25 drops of the tincture three times a day until the tincture runs out. This will significantly strengthen the walls of the vessels and effectively combat varicose veins. This is an excellent vascular cleansing that can be practiced every year.

Varicose Vein Prevention with Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar Ointment Recipe

For the ointment you will need 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 raw egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of turpentine. This ointment should be rubbed into the skin of the legs every evening for a month. The condition of the legs will improve significantly, and cramps will stop bothering you.
