Physiotherapy for fissures and edema of the nipples of the mammary glands is most often performed at home; the method - laser (magnetolaser) therapy is convenient and effective.
The laser (magnetolaser) action is performed by means of devices generating red (wavelength 0.63 μm) or near infrared (0.8 - 0.9 μm wavelength) part of the optical spectrum, in a continuous or pulsed mode of generation of this radiation. The exposure procedure is distant (gap 0.5 cm), stable.
The effect is carried out by one or two fields (with bilateral lesions) on the affected area of the nipple of the breast or the entire nipple with swelling. It is necessary to protect the pigmented, parotid region of the skin from exposure first. To do this, use screens cut from medical oilcloth in the form of a circle with holes of different diameters for the nipple of the breast in the center.
MRP OR 5 - 10 mW / cm 2. Induction of the magnetic nozzle 20 - 40 mT. If frequency modulation is possible OR, the optimum frequency is 10 Hz.
Time of action on the field up to 5 min. The course of treatment 5 - 7 procedures daily 1 time per day in the morning.
