Angina is an infectious disease with a local manifestation of inflammation of the lymphoid pharyngeal ring, most often of the palatine tonsils. Tonsillitis is an infectious allergic disease with local manifestation (inflammatory reaction) in the palatine tonsils.
Treatment of uncomplicated forms of these diseases is carried out in outpatient and outpatient settings and at home. The most convenient and quite effective method of physiotherapy at home laser (magnetolaser) therapy with devices that generate radiation near the infrared part of the optical spectrum (wavelength 0.8 - 0.9 microns), in a continuous or pulsed mode of generation of this radiation. Physiotherapy with angina is carried out using matrix radiators.
Technique of exposure is contact, stable.
Fields of influence: on the right and left, one field on the anterolateral surface of the neck directly below the angle of the lower jaw. MRP OR 5 - 50 mW / cm2. Induction of the magnetic nozzle 20 - 40 mT.
Frequency of modulation of radiation: the first 3 - 5 procedures are carried out at a frequency of 80 Hz, all subsequent - with a frequency of 10 Hz.
The time of exposure to one field is 5 minutes, the duration of the course of treatment is 7 to 10 procedures daily once a day in the morning hours (the first two days it is possible to conduct the procedures 2 times a day at intervals of 4 to 6 hours).
