Magnetolaser therapy is a combined method of local exposure to electromagnetic radiation of the optical spectrum, which has coherence, monochromaticity and low output power (from 2 to 50 mW), and a constant magnetic field using a ring magnet (magnetic induction - 10-150 mT), located in contact and motionless along the perimeter of the irradiated area of the patient's body.

The specific features of this method are due to the synergistic effect of NLI and SMF on biosubstrates, as well as the emergence of qualitatively new physical processes. These include, first of all, the photomagnetoelectric effect (the Kikoin-Noskov effect), in which an induced EMF occurs in biosubstrates, which is significantly greater than when exposed to NLI alone (up to 2 V). The energy of NLI quanta disrupts weak intermolecular bonds, and SMF promotes this dissociation and simultaneously prevents ion recombination during the combined effect. SMF imparts a certain orientation to molecular dipoles, acts as a kind of polarizer, which promotes deeper penetration of NLI into biotissues. The combined effect of NLI and SMF is more energy-intensive than isolated NLI.

It should be emphasized that under magnetol laser therapy we should understand the combined effect of ILI and only PMF. With a combined method of using PMF and NLI, the action of PMF prevents the penetration of NLI into tissues due to the constant change of poles of dipoles of structural elements and water, which is similar to the effect of light passing through "clean" water and milk.

The main clinical effects of magnetic laser therapy are similar to those of laser therapy, but are more pronounced.

Equipment - almost all laser therapeutic devices, to the emitter of which it is possible to attach a ring permanent magnet.
