Inoculations of people with chronic diseases

Bronchial asthma - vaccination against influenza and pneumococcal infection is especially recommended (hereinafter - polysaccharide vaccine Pnevmo23).
Chronic lung diseases - patients with cystic fibrosis, broncho-pulmonary dysplasia, as well as with conditions fraught with aspiration, sputum stagnation (epilepsy, neuromuscular diseases, spinal cord injuries, mental retardation) must necessarily be vaccinated against influenza. Patients with chronic pneumonia, malformations of the lung, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary emphysema, etc., in addition to influenza vaccinations, should also be vaccinated with pneumococcal vaccine.
Organic lesions of the central nervous system, multiple sclerosis - patients should be vaccinated against influenza.
Diseases of the cardiovascular system - patients, especially hemodynamic disorders, should be vaccinated against influenza, and those with IHD, heart failure, cardiomyopathies also from pneumococcal infection.
Diabetes mellitus - patients should be vaccinated against influenza, pneumococcal infection (Pnevmo23), as well as mumps.
Chronic hepatitis B and C - recommended vaccination against hepatitis A, which flows in them is difficult and causes worsening of the underlying disease. For the same reason, vaccinations against hepatitis B are indicated for persons suffering from chronic hepatitis C. Persons with chronic liver diseases (including cirrhosis) are also subject to vaccination against pneumococcal infection.
Onco-hematologic diseases - patients who are on immunosuppression should be vaccinated against varicella (vaccine Varilrix), as practiced worldwide (the technique is presented in the corresponding section).
Chronic kidney diseases (glomerulonephritis, chronic renal failure) - patients are important to vaccinate against influenza, hepatitis B, and those with nephrotic syndrome - also pneumococcal vaccine.
Immunodeficiency states, HIV infection, diseases requiring immunosuppressive therapy - patients should be vaccinated against influenza and pneumococcal infection. Vaccinations against pneumococcal, meningococcal and hemophilic type b infections are mandatory for persons with deficiency of complement components, with functional or anatomical asplenia (including sickle-cell anemia and having undergone splenectomy), as well as persons with leakage of cerebrospinal fluid, cochlear implants.
Diseases of metabolism, hemoglobinopathies - patients should be vaccinated against influenza and pneumococcal infection.
Infected with mycobacteria tuberculosis and often ill children - should be vaccinated against influenza and pneumococcal infection.
