Even a child knows that moving and playing sports is useful. But, despite all the warnings of doctors, millions of people sit out their lives on the couch, watching TV or flipping through their favorite book, thus not doing any physical exertion. What is the relationship between hypodynamia and constipation?
Movement is life
Even on the day off, "pull" someone out of the house to just walk, go to the gym or in the pool - you need to make considerable efforts. And it seems that it makes no difference to people that sports improve the condition of the heart, restore the tone of the vascular system, reduce the density of blood, help to lose excess weight.
Sport activities are saved from such "world" diseases as ischemic heart disease, obesity, myocardial infarction, atherosclerosis, diabetes mellitus. Do not forget about respiratory infections, colds and viruses. And the main advantage of outdoor sports is the improvement of mood, cheerfulness and freshness, which should be envied.
Hypodinamy - this is where the problems begin
Hypodinamy is a medical term that means lack of mobility of a person, that is, lack of mobility. This way of life is very widespread now. Even children are now suffering from hypodynamia. And all because instead of moving more children spend time sitting at the computer or watching TV.
What is so bad is the lack of mobility. Usually hypodynamia causes obesity, constipation, hemorrhoids and a variety of bowel diseases. Also, lack of mobility can cause nervous disorders and psychoses.
When a person moves, all vital processes in the body go without delay and side effects. There is no stagnation of blood, the intestine functions normally, and the processed food quickly moves in the gut and is easily excreted from the body. If a person neglects the movement, then all the processes of the body slow down, the muscles slackly slacken, slags are deposited, and stool masses are poorly derived.
Movement - one way to prevent the occurrence of constipation
If a person does not move, then he becomes overweight, and he is able to develop all sorts of intestinal diseases. Modern people spend a lot of money on special complexes of diet pills, suffer from starvation and disappear in sports halls and fitness clubs for days. However, depriving yourself of all problems can be much easier.
If you have a balanced diet, maintain your body in shape, then no obesity, and therefore constipation, will not bother you! It's just worthwhile walking more often, doing exercises and sometimes arranging morning jogs, and not lying on your side by the TV and stuffing your stomach with flour.
The connection between hypodynamia and constipation
Constipation is considered a disease of the twentieth century, since only in our time it has acquired such a prevalence. The disease is considered very insidious, as it develops very imperceptibly, and affects all the working systems of the body and can cause severe complications.
The better and more comfortable a person equips his life, the greater the chance of earning a constipation. The first victims of this disease can be people whose work is associated with inactivity. This is how hypodynamia and constipation are connected.
Why do you need to move a lot?
If you move a lot - it will have a positive effect on your intestines. People with hypodynamia become "victims" of constipation 3 times more often than ordinary people. In general, the reasons for the formation of constipation with a lack of mobility of the body may be several.
The fact is that people who move little, laziness slackens the entire muscular apparatus of the body. This can also happen to people who have been trained in the past, but who are not currently engaged in sports. Usually, the abdominal muscles (that is, the abdominal press) become flabby, and after all they take part in the evacuation of the intestine! As a result, these muscles can not tighten enough to increase intra-abdominal pressure and lead to defecation. Add to that another huge belly and overweight. As a conclusion - a person develops stool disorders, and, accordingly, chronic constipation appears.
Movement is the simplest way out of the situation. You do not bother your body with strong physical exertion, but simply do light exercises to the best of your ability. Thus, you will protect yourself from constipation and at the same time from other problems with the intestines.
