The feeling of hunger scientists consider one of the strongest motivations in life: perhaps stronger, perhaps, is the feeling of love and the desire for a loved one, in which we forget even about food.
If the goal is achieved and the person ate, then the feeling of hunger is replaced by a feeling of saturation and satisfaction.

Feeling of hunger at night
It is a force majeure for a healthy organism and a "norm" for a person who has poor eating habits. Most often, night trips to the refrigerator happen when in the daytime a person severely restricts himself in the diet, or generally starving. The organism, exhausted without food, sooner or later begins to "have a brain", pushing us to the refrigerator.
Specialists in psychology believe that the feeling of hunger at night is nothing more than a violation of eating behavior, which has its own name: the syndrome of overeating (zhora). Not the last role in the appearance of a feeling of hunger at night is the change in the hormonal background. The essence of the daily rhythm of the level of hormones: a healthy person who does not suffer from nutritional disorders, must have a balance at night with a sense of satiety and hunger, and only under such conditions a person will sleep well. Those who have such a balance is not able to sleep peacefully until they fill the stomach up to the level of saturation in the body.
The situation worsens because rarely anyone tries to satisfy the night hunger with carrots or apples. Most often "in the course are" sausage, biscuits, biscuits. After such a quenching of hunger, the body receives the required pleasure hormone, and the person calmly falls asleep.
The next morning, such a night "hike" can lead to a sense of guilt, morning heartburn, the reluctance to fully eat breakfast, which, in turn, will close in the circle of problems, among which - excess weight, digestive system diseases and irritability.
Feeling of hunger in the morning
The feeling of hunger in the morning - in principle, a normal phenomenon. A man woke up, and with him awakened and his digestive system, which soon reminds himself of the appearance of a feeling of hunger. Normally, breakfast should not be earlier than 30 minutes after waking up: coffee with a croissant in bed is, of course, nice, but the body must also wake up before the first meal. To start the morning better with a glass of pure water, you can with the addition of lemon juice (if you do not suffer from acidity and stomach ulcers).
But what if the morning hunger is so strong that a person wakes up not because the morning has come and it's time to get up, but because his stomach requires food?
There can be several reasons for this state. What exactly causes the appearance of this feature in you, it is necessary to think:
- consumption of sweet at night, late dinner. What to do: review your food;
- on the contrary, too early dinner, or at all its absence. The body is able to accumulate hunger. A dinner is recommended 2-3 hours before bedtime. If the time interval between dinner and sleep is much longer, then the famine during this time and during the night sleep will increase so much that in the morning it will manifest itself to the full. What to do: pay attention to the diet;
- increased acidity of gastric juice. With increased acidity, an intolerable feeling of hunger may also appear in the morning. Remember, do not torment you heartburn after eating, there is no sour eructation. If "yes", then you should visit a gastroenterologist to adjust the acidity of the stomach. If this is not done, serious stomach diseases can develop, until the appearance of an ulcer;
- insufficient enzymatic activity of the stomach. Recollect, whether there is no at you sensation of gravity after reception of nutrition, locks, a foul belder? Perhaps your stomach does not provide enough enzymes to process food. If this is so, then the reception after eating such available means as mezim, festal or enzyme will help you. Of course, it will be better if this is confirmed by a gastroenterologist;
- drinking alcohol at night, smoking. Alcohol and tobacco tar, which a person swallows with saliva, irritate the stomach, which can react to such irritation by the appearance of hunger during the night or the next morning. What to do: get rid of bad habits.
Of course, there is one more reason for the appearance of hunger in the mornings - this is pregnancy. Therefore, women should not rule out this version: perhaps you should go to a gynecologist.
