Juices with diarrhea

- Garnet - reduces symptoms of diarrhea, accelerates recovery. Contains many nutrients and minerals. High concentration of pectin destroys the bacterial microflora in the intestine. Tannins, which are part of the peel, have a binding effect and normalize the stool. To prepare the juice, you should grind a couple of ripened pomegranate fruits. Obtain the resulting liquid through gauze. Drink used in small portions throughout the day.
- Juice of wild rose - 200 g of fresh fruits of the plant, pour 2 liters of steep boiling water. Put a heat-resistant container with a drink in a well-heated oven for the night. Strain and take ¼ cup every 2 hours during the day. From the resulting juice can make microclysters, if diarrhea occurs with severe pain.
- Blueberry juice - has anti-inflammatory, choleretic, astringent and antibacterial properties. Take 500 g of berries and chop them. Strain through a sieve and add to the juice 300 ml of boiled water at room temperature. Stir well and take ½ cup 3-4 times a day.
Store packaged juices contain a huge amount of sugar, dyes and preservatives, so not only are not suitable for the treatment of intestinal and diarrhea disorders, but are also dangerous.
Compotes from diarrhea
Good decongestant properties have decoctions of dried fruits. Compotes from diarrhea can be used for patients of children and pregnant women, since they have a minimum of contraindications and are harmless to the body.
Useful properties of dried fruit compotes in the treatment of intestinal disorders:

Boil over low heat for 10 minutes, then bring to a boil and let it brew. This compote helps to cleanse the intestines from pathogenic microorganisms and prevents dehydration with severe diarrhea.
No less useful is compote of dried apricots. Dried apricot is rich in potassium, vitamins and minerals. Soluble fiber and pectins regulate the work of the digestive tract, remove toxins and other harmful substances from the body, promote the normalization of watery stools. To make a drink take 200 g of dried apricots, rinse it and cut into small pieces. Put dried fruits in warm water for 2-3 hours, then boil. Before use, compote is filtered.
Medicinal broths can be cooked on the basis of a pear, dog rose, a mixture of dried apricots and raisins. In the already cooled compote to improve its taste characteristics it is allowed to add a spoon of natural honey. Despite the natural composition, compotes are not recommended for patients with diseases of the stomach and pancreas in the acute stage.
Kissel for diarrhea
A delicious medical product suitable for children and adults is a kissel for intestinal disorders. The use of the drink in its composition: amino acids, vitamins, minerals, binders. The most useful is jelly with oatmeal, pears or blueberries. It is prepared on the basis of starch with various fruit or vegetable additives. This combination normalizes digestive functions, restores the stool.
With diarrhea, it is recommended to eat jelly with products that have fastening properties. Let's consider the most useful recipes:
- Blueberry - boil two liters of water and add to the liquid 300 g of blueberries and 200 g of sugar. Cook all over low heat for 20-30 minutes. Add four tablespoons of starch, constantly stirring. Cook the mixture for 5-7 minutes, remove from the plate and cool.
- Rice - rinse 50 g of round rice and soak in 500 ml of very cold water at night. Add another liter of water and cook over low heat for an hour, stirring constantly. Once the rice is boiled, add 50 g of sugar and a little salt. Kiss should be boiled again and cooled.
- In a liter of water, cook until cooked two chopped quince fruit. Rub the welded fruit through a sieve or grind it with a blender. Add to the quince jelly ¼ teaspoon of citric acid, 100 g of sugar. Boil the drink and enter in small portions 3 tablespoons of starch. Once again bring to a boil.
Essentuki from diarrhea
Popular mineral water with medicinal properties is Essentuki. From diarrhea it can be drunk both to adults and children. Mineralka is a sodium, chloride-hydrocarbonate and a saline-alkaline liquid of medium mineralization.
Essentuki has a wide range of applications, so it is used not only for intestinal disorders, but also in such cases:
- Ulcers of the stomach and duodenum.
- Gastritis.

- Diseases of the liver and biliary tract.

- Pancreatitis.

Most of all Essentuki is valued for such active components:
- Sodium - takes part in the synthesis of water-salt metabolism, affects the metabolic processes at the cellular level.
- Calcium - reduces the permeability of cell membranes, has an anti-inflammatory effect.
- Magnesium - regulates neuromuscular excitability, improves carbohydrate-protein metabolism and enzymatic reactions.
In order for the mineral water to have a therapeutic effect, it must be properly drunk. With diarrhea, it is recommended to use a warm drink, since in this case the liquid reduces the secretory and motor functions of the intestines, which is necessary for its breakdown. Cold water helps with constipation, as it enhances the work of the digestive system.
A day should drink up to 500 ml of water, in equal portions throughout the day. To achieve a stable result of treatment, Essentuki is recommended to be consumed within 2-3 days. Prolonged use of the liquid threatens adverse reactions. Overdosing manifests itself as a violation of ion-exchange processes in the body due to which there are strong swelling throughout the body.
