Folk remedies for bruises, sprains and fractures

Methods of traditional treatment
Soak the bruised area with a lead poultice, apply ice to the sore spot, smear the bruise with arnica flowers (decoction) or thoroughly coat with camphor oil.
Bodyaga
Buy some sponge paste from your local drugstore, apply it to the bruised area along with water, and your bruise will soon go away and there will be no bruise.
Cabbage
Finely chop the cabbage in a blender and apply to the bruise, preferably the cabbage leaf should be thoroughly boiled in milk for one hour, let the cabbage lie on the bruise, then remove it and wipe the place where it lay.

Radish
Extract the juice of fresh radish, soak regular kitchen napkins thoroughly with it. Keep this compress for an hour, continue the course for 5 days. Periodically soak the napkins not only with radish juice, but also with mustard.
Sagebrush
From a small amount of wormwood, take half and extract the juice, finely chop the second part of the wormwood, thoroughly mix the whole mass with honey 1:1. Moisten a napkin with this solution. Keep the compress on the bruise for at least 1 hour to prevent a bruise from appearing.
Aloe To heal a wound or cut, you should turn to a real folk healer - aloe. A cut leaf of it, applied as a compress to the damaged area, will speed up the healing process and tighten the wound if you hold it for about 6 hours.
Nettle
Caucasian people highly value another method of treating wounds and cuts. The method is that you need to take a 0.5 liter bottle and fill it with fresh nettle leaves. After the bottle is filled almost to the top, pour alcohol into it and leave it in the sun for 2 weeks. The tincture for cuts is ready.
Fat
You will need one tablespoon of sheep fat and the same amount of goat fat, mix them thoroughly, add chopped old onion (tablespoon) and only 1 teaspoon of salt. Take a little of this ointment and apply it inside and outside the cut (wound). Wrap a bandage or some other dressing and do not remove for 24 hours. When treating with this method, you may feel very strong pain, but it should be present, such is the treatment process. After 1-3 applications of the ointment, the pain stops, and your injury heals incredibly quickly.
Oil and wax
Mix two parts olive oil thoroughly with one part beeswax, then boil the whole mixture. Before you apply this solution to a cut or wound, rinse the affected area with water.
Garlic
Garlic or onion, crushed to a paste consistency, applied to an open wound, tightens it well. Apply such a solution immediately, while it is fresh.
Lard and flour
Two or three bandages will be needed when treating foot diseases, scabs, and phlegm. Mix pork fat with flour (wheat) and fry in a regular frying pan. Add a little milk and wait until the whole mass becomes thick while boiling. Put the resulting solution on gauze, apply the gauze to the sore spot.

Ice
If you have a sprain or strain, an excellent treatment method is applying ice. Ice is used on the injured area for two days - compresses for 15 minutes, then a break for 10 minutes, then make compresses from arnica decoction or compresses with camphor alcohol.
Copper
And this is an ancient method of quickly healing bones after a fracture. Find a copper coin and, using a file, rub 0.1 grams of copper. The powder should be added to sour cream or fresh milk (your choice), rub an egg yolk into this mass and take it internally three times a week. The bones will heal.
Cornflowers
Flowers and grass of cornflower flowers should be very finely crushed and mixed with blackthorn juice. In the morning, instead of food, use the solution for 8 days, no more than 2 tablespoons per day. The method is used for fractures.

Mumiyo
On an empty stomach, in the morning, take mumiyo diluted with warm water. Take for 10 days, then rest for 5 days and repeat the course of treatment. The daily dose of mumiyo is 0.15-0.2 grams. If you have a hip (tibia) fracture, you will need 1 more course of treatment.
Egg
20-30 minutes before eating, take 1 teaspoon of crushed eggshell. Remove the film inside the egg first. To improve the taste, it is advisable to add honey or lemon juice. The method is used for fractures or for general bone strengthening.
