Symptoms of acrocyanosis
Acrocyanosis is commonly found in women and is not associated with occlusive disease of the extremities. The fingers of the hands or feet are constantly cold, cyanotic, sweating, swelling. In acrocyanosis, unlike the phenomenon of Raynaud, cyanosis is very persistent. Trophic changes and ulcers do not happen, the pain is absent, the pulse is normal.
Treatment of acrocyanosis
Treatment, except for general care and elimination of episodes of cooling, is usually not prescribed. You can use vasodilators, but usually they are ineffective.
