Pain after deprivation of virginity

Defloration (Latin de - removal, elimination + flos, floris - flower, youth, virginity) - violation of the integrity of the hymen. As a rule, the deprivation of virginity takes place at the first sexual intercourse. Usually, girls experience pain after deprivation of virginity. In rare cases, the hymen can stretch out and remain whole after one or more sexual acts. There are cases when girls do not have a nip since birth, but this does not happen often.

What is a hymen?

The hymen consists of the fold of the vaginal mucosa and performs a protective function, not passing through the genitals of harmful bacteria. It can have a different shape and in some women it has different physiological parameters. With rare exceptions, the hymen does not end until the end, which allows menstruation to go out freely. In other cases, when menstrual flow can not go out without hindrance, before and after the loss of virginity, the surgeon's intervention may be required.

Physicians are advised to lose chastity at the age of optimal elasticity of the hymen, that is, in 18-20 years. At the age of 23 years, the elasticity of the spittle gradually decreases by an average of 30%, by 30 years - by 80%. This can cause pain after deprivation of virginity, heavy bleeding.  

What to do with pain after deprivation of virginity?

With pain after deprivation of virginity, first of all, you need to turn to a gynecologist, and it's best to do this beforehand, before the girl decides to part with innocence. Based on the results of the survey, it will be clear how best to proceed with the defloration procedure and whether it is worth it at all. After the first sexual intercourse, you should also go to the doctor to make sure that the procedure went without complications.

In cases where the bleeding is intense enough, it does not stop for several days, while all this is accompanied by fever and purulent discharge from the vagina, do not wait for a miracle and you should immediately go to the hospital. In addition, an unsuccessful, say incomplete, defloration procedure also requires medical intervention. There are also cases of pregnancy after the first sexual intercourse. Usually this happens with unprotected sex. The first sign is a delay in menstruation. To make sure of this or to dissuade, one can not do without the advice of a doctor.

Despite everything, after the first sexual intercourse the hymen can remain intact, especially if the spit is excessively or, conversely, not sufficiently elastic. If the hymen can stretch freely enough, then lose virginity will only come after giving birth, with the fruit coming out. The worse the elasticity of the hymen, the more difficult it is to tear and for this, it may be necessary for the surgeon to intervene so that he makes a small incision so that later the defloration goes naturally.

Is orgasm possible during defloration?

As medical practice shows, such cases are quite rare. Usually defloration is accompanied if not pain, then at least unpleasant sensations. Subsequent sexual acts give the woman more pleasant sensations, but this already depends on her mood, and, to a greater extent, on the behavior of the partner. 

Under what conditions should the defloration process be carried out?

Conditions should be comfortable first of all for the girl. Her psychological mood can affect not only the process of defloration, but also to further health. Therefore, in order to be safe and make the first sex the most comfortable, you need, first of all, the mutual consent of partners. A girl must be morally ready to become a woman. The furnishings should be as comfortable as possible, the room and the bed clean, there should not be any strangers in the house, it is desirable that even the phone does not interfere. You can drink a glass of champagne, which will help your partner to relax a little and dull the sense of shame, but do not lean on alcohol. 

Physicians are advised to perform the procedure during the day, because the light will make the girl feel more comfortable, in addition, the man will be able to control the sexual intercourse, so that the defloration goes without injuries.

Some doctors are sure that caresses during the first sexual intercourse - not the best idea. After all, as practice shows, a girl is unlikely to get an orgasm immediately after a defloration, either sexually, or with the help of caresses. As for the posture, most doctors advise you to apply a missionary posture, that is, a pose, when the partner lies on her back.  

Do I need to be protected during the first sex? 

Any sexologist and gynecologist will say yes. The most convenient contraceptive is a condom. Thanks to him, the partner will not "fly" and not fall ill, because after the rupture of the hymen, the vagina of the girl is particularly prone to attacking bacteria and infections. Let's face it: not all men are equally clean, and a dirty sexual organ can bring a girl, just entered into sexual life, a lot of trouble. In any case, even if the partners are spouses, during the first act it is worth using a condom.

What are the virgins afraid of?
