Water procedures against varicose veins

If you have been working all day and your legs are just buzzing, you should do water procedures for your legs. These procedures will be an excellent remedy against varicose veins or its prevention.
Wet wraps
The complex of water procedures includes wet wraps - a very effective remedy against varicose veins. You should also put on woolen socks over your wet ones. After these actions, lie down comfortably on the bed and wrap yourself up warmly with a blanket. Take precautions, get rid of drafts in advance for the sake of health, to avoid colds.
If you wish, you can apply leg wrapping up to the kneecaps. Soak the bandage in water, it should be at room temperature. Wrap your legs with this bandage and lie down under the blanket. This helps to relieve swelling, tumors, relieves the load on the vessels and muscles of the legs.
Therapeutic dousing

Foot baths

Do not take such a bath for more than 5 minutes. Otherwise, you risk catching a cold. A hot foot bath is when the water temperature reaches 40 degrees or more. A hot bath should be used for 10-15 minutes.
The most desirable effect for tired legs is achieved by contrast baths. To achieve this, alternate a hot bath with a cold one. Take baths with cold water for 10-15 seconds, and vice versa, 30-40 seconds with hot water. Repeat the change in water temperature at least 5 times, finish the procedure with a cold bath. This will relieve fatigue from the legs, reduce skin irritation. It will harden the blood vessels and strengthen the walls of the veins.
Herbal foot baths
In order to give your legs a rest and relieve pain, take sage baths. The temperature of such baths ranges from 35 to 37 degrees Celsius. Use this treatment twice a week. The period of varicose vein treatment is 12-15 procedures. Pour 250 ml of sage into a large basin of water, this amount of sage is needed for one bath.
Baths with salt
If your legs get tired quickly, if your veins are swollen and distended, it is very useful to take foot baths with salt. The main thing is that thrombophlebitis is not in its acute stage at this time. After this stage, you can take salt baths after 3 months. So, to treat varicose veins, you need to dissolve a handful of salt in a canvas bag. Do it like this. Place the salt in the bag, fill the hot bath and direct a stream of water at the salt. The salt dissolves and gets into your bath. The water temperature in the bath reaches up to 38 degrees Celsius.
Keep your legs in it for up to 20 minutes, if the condition is not very good - 10 minutes will be enough. Baths with salt should be taken every 2-3 days. Fifteen such salt baths will be enough to relieve the symptoms of varicose veins and reduce its grip.
