- The picture of vascular spread
- Intraocular blood flow pulsation
Symptoms of normal lymph nodes
- Dimensions less than 1.5 cm
- Oblong form (ratio M / P more than 2)
- Bright echoes in the gate
- Clear boundaries
- In the color mode, vascularization is not observed
Symptoms of Malignant Lymphoma
- Spherical shape (ratio M / P less than 2)
- Significant decrease in echogenicity
- Frequent absence of echoes in the gate
- Clear boundaries
- Significant hypervascularization
- Treelike intra-node vascular picture
- Intra-node IC is less than 0 8
Symptoms of metastatic lymph node involvement in squamous cell carcinoma
- Spherical shape of the node (ratio M / P less than 2)
- Hypoechoic regressive changes
- Lack of echoes at the gate
- Fuzzy boundaries
- Moderate vascularization
- Uneven vascular picture
- Intra-node IC more than 0.8
Signs of acute lymphadenitis
- Oblong form (ratio M / P more than 2)
- The cortical layer is slightly hypoechoic
- There are central echoes
- Clear boundaries
- Hypervascularization
- The presence of central vessels in the gate
- The intra-node IC is less than 0.8
Symptoms of chronic lymphadenitis
