At the same time for the use of mud therapy there are a number of contraindications:
- acute period of chronic inflammatory pathologies;
- acute forms of inflammation;
- the state of uterine hypertension and the presence of bleeding;
- shortness of breath, emphysema;
- hypertensive crisis;
- heart failure;
- pronounced atherosclerotic vascular changes;
- run mycosis;
- all forms of tuberculosis;
- scabies;
- cachexia and anorexia.

Application: a little medical mud heated in a water bath, or simply dipping a bag of mud in the hot water. The temperature of the mud should be 44-45 ° C. We place a cast of dirt on the affected dentition and close the jaws. Expect 15-20 minutes. Then remove the clay, and rinse the mouth with warm, clean water. If there is not enough time for the procedure, you can simply rinse the gum with a mud solution (1 part of mud to 2-3 parts of clean water), however this method is slightly less effective.
Mud procedures should be performed every day for two weeks.
