- Ciprofloxacin - inside once for 0.25 g, intravenously - 0.1 g for 5-15 days.
- Ciprinol - once in a dose of 500 mg, intravenously 200-400 mg, 5-7 days.

The amount of antibacterial drugs used in the treatment of gonorrhea is quite large. For correct selection and correct treatment, consult a venerologist for advice.
Treatment of chronic gonorrhea
Chronic gonorrhea is treated with a course of antibiotic therapy much longer than an acute form, it is possible to use several antibacterial drugs at the same time. Treatment of chronic gonorrhea is aimed at strengthening the defenses of the body. Vitaminotherapy, drugs for improving immunity, the introduction of gonococcal vaccine and antibiotic therapy are shown. The vaccine is injected into the buttock area or directly under the skin. In severe disease, along with high fever, general weakness of the body, acute pain in the affected area, the vaccine is not used. Injections of gonococcal vaccine are carried out with interruptions in one or two days, each time increasing the dose taking into account the individual reaction of the organism.
Treatment of gonorrhea in women
Women who have a torpid and chronic form of the disease, are shown local injections in the submucosal cervix uteri, urethra. After carrying out this manipulation, there may be an acute increase in temperature after twenty to thirty minutes. Contraindications to the procedure are pregnancy, critical days, acute inflammation. For the purpose of carrying out nonspecific immunotherapy, pyrogenal, prodigiosan, methyluracil, levamisole, glycyram, thymactin are used.
Biogenic stimulators and enzymes accelerate the processes of neutralizing infiltrates in the urethra and the sex glands. Aloe, trypsin, chymotrypsin, plasmin, placenta extract are used for this purpose, in the absence of contraindications, including liver cirrhosis, high blood pressure, gastrointestinal tract diseases, cardiovascular pathologies, late pregnancy.
Local treatment of gonorrhea consists in instillation with a solution of protargol, collargol or silver nitrate, you can sit for ten to fifteen minutes in warm water with the addition of chamomile or a solution of potassium permanganate. Often, gonorrhea manifests itself in the form of an inflammatory process of the mucous membranes, which is accompanied by purulent, sometimes with the addition of mucus, discharge from the urethra in males, urethra and cervix uteri - in women. Due to a certain anatomical structure of the body, the expressed pain sensations are more often disturbing to men, in women gonorrhea can be asymptomatic.
Treatment of gonorrhea in men
Treatment of gonorrhea in men is relatively fast, but it should be remembered that there is a high probability of relapse. To avoid hanging of the testicles, a special suspension is put on them. If gonorrhea is accompanied by a painful erection, compresses with ice can be applied to the area of the penis and scrotum. If there are difficulties with urination, drink a decoction of parsley and take a warm bath. It is necessary to wash the urethra with a solution of potassium permanganate, chlorhexidine. The basis of treatment is antibacterial therapy.
Physiotherapeutic treatment of gonorrhea
Physiotherapy methods in the complex treatment of gonorrhea suggest the use of electrophoresis. These drugs use potassium iodide, zinc sulfate, copper, calcium chloride, which helps eliminate inflammatory infiltrate, normalize blood flow and stimulate immunological processes, and eliminate pain syndrome. Diathermy (use of high-frequency alternating electric current), mud therapy, which have a beneficial effect on immune processes, also have a desensitizing effect.
Home treatment for gonorrhea
First of all, it should be clearly understood that the treatment of gonorrhea without the help of a doctor can not only not give a positive result, but also harm your health. Later, the preparation is repeated three times at intervals of three hours. Injections of bicillin are done in two stages: first the needle is inserted into the outer upper part of the gluteal region, and then, in the absence of blood, an antibiotic is injected. A total of seven to ten injections of 600,000 units are indicated with a break of twenty-four hours. Also, the patient uses trichopolum - three times a day for 1 tablet. In the treatment of alcohol use is contraindicated.
Alternative treatment for gonorrhea
Alternative methods in the treatment of gonorrhea are used as ancillary therapy and can not be considered as an independent type of treatment. To ease the condition, you can drink a decoction of burdock roots one tablespoon of 3-4 r / d. Fresh parsley can also be used to prepare a decoction: pour 2 tablespoons of fresh finely chopped parsley with 0.5 liters of hot boiled water, insist 1 hour, strain and use in equal portions throughout the day. In the daily diet should be included abundant drink, you should exclude spicy food and alcoholic beverages. It is recommended to abandon trips to the pool, cycling, exercising on simulators, sex, excessive physical overload and long walking.
If you have been diagnosed with gonorrhea, treatment should definitely be brought to an end. Even with apparent positive changes, the discontinuation of the treatment process is unacceptable, since the exciter (gonococcus) remaining in the body will lead to the development of the chronic form of the disease. After the treatment is over, it is necessary to undergo a follow-up examination.
