Release form
Analgos is available as a cream in a fifty gram tube, which is placed in a cardboard box. One gram of cream contains fifty milligrams of capsaicin, two grams of propyl nicotinate, two hundred milligrams of methyl salicylate, one hundred and forty milligrams of methylparaben, sixty milligrams of propyl benzoate.
Pharmacodynamics
Analgos is a locally irritating medication. The fat-soluble substance propyl nicotinate penetrates the skin and is converted into nicotinic acid by splitting. This process stimulates vasodilation, increased blood microcirculation and an increase in local temperature. All of the above contributes to an analgesic effect with average efficiency, which is achieved by blocking the afferent nerve endings of the skin and internal organs.
