The recommended fat content of kefir is no more than 2.5%. If it is difficult to adhere to a rigid system, then there are several options for softer dietary regimes:

  1. Kefir-buckwheat - buckwheat is steamed with water or poured with kefir overnight. Groats are eaten during the day, washed down with water and 1.5 liters of fermented milk drink.
  2. With oatmeal - this diet is designed for 7-10 days. Pour oatmeal with kefir and add a little dried fruit. In addition to porridge, you can eat a little boiled chicken, vegetables and no more than 100 g of low-fat cottage cheese. Be sure to drink about 1.5 liters of kefir and purified water.
  3. Kefir with apples - you can eat only green apples, drink kefir and purified water. In ten days, you can lose 5 to 7 kg of excess weight.
