Various infections in pregnant women develop quite often. And the reason for this, first of all, is the weakening of the body's immune defenses. Of course, any infection should be treated, and often one of the drugs that a doctor can appoint is McMirror.

If you believe the instructions to the drug, then McMiore during pregnancy is prohibited. However, it is still appointed. Therefore, a predictable question arises: is this remedy safe?

Indications of the makmirora at pregnancy

With the restructuring of the hormonal balance, the immune defense of a woman is significantly weakened. And this is considered normal for the qualitative development of pregnancy. However, at the same time, such processes can lead to the attachment of infection and the development of inflammatory reactions. And this is very dangerous, especially during pregnancy.

Infections, in turn, can cause complications. To prevent this from happening, in many cases, the use of medications such as the MacMiore drug is justified.

Macmoror during pregnancy can be useful:

  • with infectious vulvovaginitis (candidiasis, trichomoniasis, chlamydia);
  • with infectious diseases of the urinary system;
  • with intestinal amoebiasis or giardiasis;
  • when the digestive tract is damaged Helicobacter.

Release form

Macmorore can be purchased in tablet form (enteric tablets 200 mg each). Packing consists of two blister plates of 10 pieces of tablets in each plate.

However, in pregnancy, the predominant drug is the McMiore complex, which is produced in such medication forms as the intravaginal suppository or vaginal cream.

Macmirror tablets are an active ingredient of nifuratel.

Macmirror complex is a combination of two active ingredients: nifuratel and nystatin.

Suppositories Macmiore during pregnancy are most relevant. Each suppository consists of 500 mg of the nitrofuran component of nifuratel, while in the cream there is 100 mg of nifuratel per 1 g of the drug.

Macmirror complex during pregnancy is used in the second half. The active ingredient of nifuratel and the antifungal component of nystatin enhance each other and have the fastest healing effect.

Pharmacodynamics

Macmiore during pregnancy has a pronounced antifungal and antimicrobial effect, so it is very convenient to use for the treatment of mixed infections.

Nifuratel is a representative of nitrofuran medicines that is able to disrupt cellular respiratory processes in microorganisms. As a result, pathogens die.

Nifuratel has a complex structure. It has a nitro group that can be restored within the cell structure, providing a cytotoxic effect.

Nifuratel is active against aerobes and fungi. This component of McMirror suppresses the production of nucleic acids: as a result, the DNA of pathogens is not duplicated, and the reproductive process is disrupted.

Nystatin potentiates the effect of the main ingredient MacMyor. It is an antifungal substance that removes protection from pathogenic cells, resulting in these cells being killed.

Nystatin belongs to the number of low-toxic drugs with a selective antifungal effect, so its use does not lead to the development of vaginal dysbiosis.

Pharmacokinetics

Macmirror in the tablet form is well absorbed in the digestive tract and easily crosses the blood-brain and placental barriers, accumulating in the liver and musculature. The components are excreted from the body to the fullest, providing a powerful anti-infectious effect on the urinary system.

Macmirror complex with local intravaginal administration does not have systemic effects, since there is no suction from the mucosal surface. In addition, the drug is not absorbed through the skin during external use. That is why the application of McMiore in the form of suppositories or cream during pregnancy is more preferable.

When infections in the intestine appoint 2 tab. Makmiror up to 3 times a day (course - from 7 to 10 days).

If the digestive tract is affected by Helicobacter, 2 tablets are prescribed. Macmirror up to 3 times a day for a week.

  • Macmirror during pregnancy in the first trimester is better not to use, as this can be dangerous for the development of the fetus.
  • Macmirror during pregnancy in the 2nd trimester is used mainly intra-vaginal: one suppository is administered daily at night for eight consecutive days (unless the doctor prescribes another treatment regimen). To maximize the effect of Macmirror, the suppository is injected deep into the vaginal cavity.
  • Macmiros during pregnancy in the 3rd trimester can be used in various dosage forms. However, prescribe the drug only when absolutely necessary, after carefully weighing the benefits and harm from using the medication.

Reviews

In pregnancy, Macmiore in the form of tablets are most often prescribed to women if they have an inflammatory process in the kidneys or urinary tract. However, pills during pregnancy are taken with great care, except the first trimester - at this stage the most basic systems of the baby's organs are born, so it is easy for him to cause harm.

With vulvovaginitis, chlamydia, trichomoniasis, candidiasis and mixed infectious pathologies, Macmiore is used for local therapy, that is, in the form of suppositories or cream.

Judging by the numerous reviews, McMiore is an effective and powerful therapeutic drug that many doctors fear to use during pregnancy. And this has an explanation: the active components of McMiore easily fall into the bloodstream of the unborn child, so they are theoretically capable of harming him. To protect yourself and your child from undesirable consequences, you can not "prescribe" yourself a drug yourself. Macmirror during pregnancy will not cause harm if appointed by the doctor, and the treatment will be under his constant control.
