Freshly prepared vegetable juices do not require large energy costs from the body for mastering, but in themselves they are excellent biostimulators - they increase immunity and work capacity, positively influence the work of the digestive organs, tone up and lift the mood.
A good addition to the drug therapy for inflammation of the stomach with overproduction of hydrochloric acid will be fresh juices from ripe non-acidic vegetables. Juices, for example, potato and pumpkin, are capable of neutralizing excess acid as well as medicines, and vitamins and mineral components will be a good support for the sick organism.
Indication for the use of juices with hyperacid gastritis is the normalization of the acidity of gastric juice, the reduction of pain syndrome and dyspeptic phenomena.
In order to obtain tangible benefits from juices, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with some simple rules for their preparation and consumption, as well as the properties of vegetables, recommended precisely with an increased acid content in gastric juice.
The juice should not be squeezed for the future, it should be drunk immediately after cooking, diluting with clean water in a 1: 1 ratio. You need to drink juices before eating, you can drink them in the morning on an empty stomach to recharge with vitamins, then after a quarter of an hour to have breakfast. In order not to damage the enamel of the teeth, after using them, rinse your mouth with water. For cooking it is necessary to choose ripe and juicy vegetables, rotten and slightly faded - in no event. In spoiled vegetables, there is already not enough vitamins, the beginning process of decay provokes the appearance of toxic substances even in those parts of the vegetable that look quite safe. From such a juice of benefits definitely should not wait, it can only hurt.
Improve the taste of juice by adding sugar or salt to it, you can add a little - not more than a teaspoon of honey. The duration of juice therapy - until the symptoms disappear completely, alternate two weeks of admission with two-week intervals between them. If you follow the recommendations, treatment with juices can be very effective.

Potato juice
This drink has a pronounced alkaline reaction and is recommended for the treatment of hyperacid gastritis, primarily as a neutralizer of excess acidity. Its effectiveness becomes noticeable after several days of regular use.
Juice from potato tubers has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, in addition, it has analgesic effect, which is important for gastritis with high acidity. The good healing power of this product allows you to quickly restore the erosive mucosa.
Potato juice will help get rid of heartburn, constipation, toxins, and in passing - help to remove swelling and reduce blood pressure. In the composition of this vegetable there are almost all plant amino acids, the mineral substances are mainly alkaline salts of potassium, phosphorus, to a lesser extent - magnesium, calcium, iron. Potato contains vitamin C and much less - B6, B2, B3.
The most suitable sort of potato is with pinkish tubers of oval form. Choose medium-sized root crops without damage. Use for cooking greenish potatoes is strictly not recommended. Prepared root vegetables should be thoroughly washed and can not be cleaned, since most of the necessary substances are in the uppermost layer. It is advisable to drink juice from the most fresh potatoes (at the end of summer or in autumn), if necessary - not later than February. You can squeeze juice with a combine or juicer or manually, using a grater and several layers of gauze. The juice is drunk immediately after preparation, letting go of the starch suspension for a couple of minutes. If you want to make juice from several vegetables, including potatoes, then potato - squeeze the most recent.
With hyperacid gastritis, potato juice is taken once a day, waking up, on an empty stomach in a volume of 200 ml. Then it is necessary to lie down again for 30 minutes. Lunch in another half an hour. The treatment is carried out by three ten-day courses, between which the same breaks are made.
Three to four days before the start of treatment, you need to exclude meat and fish dishes from the diet and adhere to such a diet throughout the treatment period.
However, potato juice therapy has some contraindications. Given the ability of this juice to significantly reduce the level of hydrochloric acid in the stomach, with gastritis with its insufficiency to drink it is not recommended.
Caution is also necessary for diabetics, since starch, which is abundant in root crops, is converted into glucose when digested.
Carrot juice
Bright orange color is given to this root-carp by ß-carotene, which carrots are the most rich. Vitamin A, into which this substance is converted in the body, has high reparative properties and accelerates the restoration of the mucous membrane. Carrots contain flavonoids, and they do not like Helicobacter pylori. In addition to ß-carotene, carrots contain tocopherol, ascorbic acid, phytoncides, a variety of micro- and macroelements. And yet, with gastritis with high acidity, the use of carrot juice is very controversial. It increases appetite and stimulates the production of gastric juice, and in this case, and so there is an excess of acidity. Therefore juice only from carrots, despite all its benefits, it is undesirable to use at a hyperacid gastritis. However, if you mix juices from carrots and potatoes in equal proportions and add ½ of beet and cabbage to them, then the effectiveness of such treatment, as claimed by the adherents of juice therapy, will be higher and the taste of this drink will be much more pleasant than just potato juice. In this case, the juice of beetroot is squeezed out first, after two hours - the rest, the potato is done last.
In contraindications to the use of carrots, there is an excess of sulfuric acid in the gastric juice, and also - gastric colic, it is not recommended to use it for gastric ulcer. And diabetics and pregnant women need to exercise caution. Carrots contain many natural sugars, and diabetics will need to consult a doctor, whether it is possible to introduce juice from this root in the diet, and in the first months of pregnancy vitamin A, which abounds in this vegetable, may even be dangerous for the emerging baby's future.
An overdose of carrot juice can cause increased fatigue, fever and headache, as well as a jaundice. This all will pass, as soon as the consumption of juice ceases.
Carrots before the preparation of the juice must be washed well and can not be cleaned, enough to scrape it with a stiff brush for cleaning vegetables. You need to drink juice immediately, as it was cooked.

In the leaves of this plant contains vitamin U, which heals erosion and ulcers of the mucous membrane of the organs of the gastrointestinal tract. However, cabbage juice is not recommended for relapse of diseases, but in the period of attenuation of acute symptoms it can serve as a good means of preventing erosive and ulcerative lesions. In gastritis with high acidity, cabbage juice is recommended to mix with potato juice, since it stimulates the production of gastric juice, however, its anti-inflammatory, regenerating and wound-healing abilities can help restore the gastric mucosa. Patients with excessive acid formation are advised to consult with a nutritionist before the use of cabbage juice for dosing and the frequency of its use.
Do not drink juice from cabbage with excessive gassing, if the body has responded to the use of juice bloating, colic, it is best to stop taking.

The juice of tomatoes in the availability of useful substances, too, can not be denied. One glass of this freshly prepared juice provides the human body ½ of the norm of ascorbic acid, retinol, stimulates digestive activity.
Tomatoes contain organic acidic compounds - malic acid, most of it, in addition - the wine, oxalic and lemon, and overripe tomatoes (of which most often make juice) - contain succinic acid, the most healing and very rare. However, this drink increases the production of gastric juice and, therefore, with excessive acid formation, it can cause harm.
Pumpkin Juice
This is one of the few juices that are uniquely resolved with a hyperacid gastritis. Pumpkin is a natural complex polymineral and multivitamin product. By the content of ß-carotene, it is equated with carrots, and the regenerating capacity of vitamin A for damage to the gastric mucosa is simply necessary. Vitamins C, E, D, PP, F, which are assigned to people with inflammatory processes of the mucous membrane of the digestive system in synthetic multivitamin complexes, are completely absorbed from natural fresh juice. In addition, it contains rare enough vitamins K and T, necessary for the processes of hematopoiesis and assimilation of heavy for digestion products. Micro- and macroelements normalize the metabolism and work of the nervous system, contribute to the reduction of inflammatory manifestations and the renewal of tissue cells. Pumpkin juice neutralizes excess acids in the stomach, eliminating heartburn, nausea and pain, contributes to the outflow of bile and restores the normal process of digestion. Pumpkin juice is recommended to be consumed 100mg daily before breakfast for ten days.
This juice can be harmful in the severe form of insulin-dependent diabetes, reduced production of hydrochloric acid, acute diarrhea.
Aloe juice
This is a universal remedy, which is used for gastritis with any secretory function. Aloe stimulates the recovery of epithelial cells and prevents their damage, improves microcirculation of blood in tissues, eliminates inflammation and binds free radicals. Has antiseptic, immunostimulating, laxative effect. Calms the irritated mucous membrane of digestive organs, colic, heartburn. Heals erosions and ulcers, has anti-allergic effect.
Aloe has astringent properties, which is also valuable for high acidity, and also for erosive gastritis.
For the treatment to be effective, medium and lower aloe leaves are used to obtain the juice not younger than three years of age. They are cut and kept in the refrigerator. Juice is squeezed just before use.
The best option is three times a day for half an hour before a meal of ten drops. The duration of therapy is from three weeks to two months. If the gastritis is accompanied by constipation, the dosage can be increased to 50 mg, guided by your feelings.
The undiluted juice of this plant is contraindicated in the syndrome of an acute abdomen, uterine bleeding, pregnant and lactating women, heart and vascular disease, liver, hemorrhoids and individual intolerance.
Beetroot juice
Juice from beet stimulates the production of gastric juice, so with hyperacid gastritis in its pure form it is undesirable to use it. Although there are many useful substances in the beet, especially mineral substances. The content of iodine, zinc and iron in beets is much higher than in other vegetables. And yet increased acidity is one of the contraindications to the use of fresh beet juice. This vegetable can be eaten only in boiled (steam) or baked form during remission with gastritis with high acidity. Heat treatment practically does not deprive it of useful properties, and freshly prepared juice can harm the body.
It must be remembered that self-medication even with natural substances can bring not only good, but also harm. Adopting the treatment with juices, you need to conform with the individual tolerability of plant products, and also start with small trial doses and if the body treats the treatment well, you can continue by increasing the dose to the recommended dose. If from the use of fresh juice began bloating, colic, diarrhea, treatment should be stopped.
If a carbohydrate is intended to supplement the effect of medicinal products, it is necessary to consult a qualified specialist, since only he will be able to determine the possible compatibility of the juice with the prescribed treatment.
