Green tea is produced from dried leaves of an evergreen Asian bush. It can be drunk or swallowed in the form of a pill or capsule with an extract of green tea. It includes numerous components that are supposed to have anti-cancer and antioxidant effects.
Green tea contains caffeine, but many extracts do not contain caffeine.
