Benefits of Vitamin E for Men
Taking vitamin E will allow a man to reduce the risk of developing many diseases. Tocopherol (the second name of vitamin E) will ensure normal reproductive function, improve sperm activity and increase the amount of sperm. Normal levels of tocopherol help increase the endurance of the male body, facilitate the synthesis of retinol, prevent the development of dystrophic signs in the muscular and nervous system, strengthen the eye muscles, and improve reflex activity.
Vitamin E is an excellent antioxidant that prevents possible damage to cellular structures by harmful substances and free radicals. Thanks to tocopherol, the condition of the vascular system improves: the vessels are rejuvenated and become more elastic, which helps improve blood circulation.
Vitamin E helps maintain hormonal balance, affects testosterone production and reduces tissue insulin requirements.
Among other things, vitamin E is extremely necessary for men when planning a pregnancy, as it promotes stable functioning of the reproductive system. It is no secret that with a long-term deficiency of vitamin E in the diet, infertility can develop. For this reason, it is often used for weakened function of the reproductive organs, in particular, the prostate gland. Selenium can also be included in the treatment complex: this will speed up the effect of tocopherol.
Vitamin E is necessary for the production of interleukin-2, a substance that can have a detrimental effect on bacterial, viral and cancer cells and maintain prostate health.
Often, male sexual problems arise due to dysfunction of the cardiovascular system. Taking vitamin E will prevent the formation of blood clots, help deliver nutrition to tissues and prevent oxygen starvation of cells.

Pharmacodynamics of Vitamin E for Men
Vitamin E – α-tocopherol acetate. It is considered an active antioxidant, serves as a preventive measure against the damaging effect of free radicals on cells. It is involved in the supply of tissues with oxygen, biological production of proteins, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, proliferative and metabolic processes in cells. With a lack of tocopherol, degenerative disorders in the muscular system can develop, the condition of small vessels and the capillary network worsens, testicular tissue changes, and degenerative processes occur in nerve fibers and liver cells.
Pharmacokinetics of Vitamin E for Men
After taking the vitamin orally and absorbing it in the digestive system, the main amount of tocopherol ends up in the lymph, and a smaller amount in the blood. Distribution in tissues occurs quite quickly, the main accumulations are observed in muscle and adipose tissue, as well as in the liver. Excretion occurs with feces and urine.
Vitamin E Instructions for Men
To prevent disruptions in the functioning of all systems and organs, normal metabolism and the course of biochemical reactions, a full supply of proteins, lipids and carbohydrates is necessary, and vitamins serve as accelerators of all the listed processes. In particular, vitamin E is rightfully considered the most important male vitamin, since it has a very valuable role in supporting the reproductive system and muscular corset of a man.
Vitamin E is able to:

- strengthen the immune system;

- restore damaged cells and tissues;
- slow down age-related changes in the body.
