Very often, young parents tend to teach their baby to crawl, but do not know how to do it. Crawling in the life of the child plays a very important role. So, how do you teach a child to crawl?
Early Creeping
If your baby does not actively creep during the 6-7 months of life, do not worry, everything is fine. Creeping is yet to come. You must first teach the child to crawl, and then go ... Your baby must crawl in plenty. Crawling is an excellent gymnastics for children, which also develops coordination, successfully develops fine motor skills. If your baby learns to crawl - he starts talking faster, because the process of crawling very well develops the speech device
At the age of one week, your baby is already starting to try to move without help. It is advisable that you put your crumb directly on your tummy and be sure that the child is lying on a flat surface. In this position, the baby will try to move the legs to push as far as possible. Put your palm under the heel of your hand to make it easier for the child to move in the right direction.
At 5 months of age, babies are able to move on their stomachs to where they need them. To increase the child's interest in such movements, arrange bright toys around them so that it is interesting to reach them. Then the kid will try to crawl to the object of his interest.
You can give the child some toy, and then slowly drag her forward so that the child reaches out to her more and more, then he will automatically begin to crawl. The kid also needs an incentive to move, showing off his successes to the adults who surround him. Rejoice, when he moves forward or towards the toys, then the kid will be very fun.

Running with obstacles
You can place the baby on a blanket or something smooth and lay out around him various objects that he likes, and between the baby and toys you will be yourself, like a living barrier. Or you can try at a distance of a maximum of 30 centimeters to place obstacles so that the child crosses them, crawls and, finally, gets to the object of their desires. Try to emotionally praise your child for the successes that he makes. It's so interesting.
Interesting fact
If you touch the baby's upper lip, he can begin to creep towards you, trying to reach out as close as possible to the finger to take it into the mouth. Of course, this method does not work with all children, but it's worth trying.
Interest - the engine of progress
Have you ever wondered why a variety of spinning and noisy toys hang over the child's bed? In order to excite the interest of the child in that he could reach for these subjects. A small child is just beginning to learn this fascinating world, and with the help of the first toys he does it with success.
When a child reaches for toys - he develops coordination and muscles of hands, back, even legs. Therefore it is extremely important that he is interested in what is happening around him. If you gradually increase the distance from the child to the toy - then the child will have an interest more and more to reach them. Thus, you can observe the child's first attempts to master coordination, to make his body work.
8 months
Even at the age of eight months your baby can not try to crawl or even somehow strain in his body movements. Some children do not need crawling, they have such good physiology that the body may not need exercises such as crawling. Over time, the child simply begins to try to stand on the legs and go, or at least just sit. In a sitting position, the muscles of the back and the skeleton in general develop well in children .
Problems with crawling
If after long and painful attempts to crawl at your child does not work out - then this can be a serious problem to think about it. Unsuccessful crawling can manifest itself in different ways: the child struggles to make movement on his back, or in a plastunist way, tries to move sideways and barely rises on his tiny handles. At an early age, all these reasons are normal, because the child only learns to own his body, but in later periods it is an occasion to go to the doctor for advice and examination.
Muscular memory
If you constantly repeat the same movements, your child will get used to it, he will develop a habit. We recommend the following exercises for the child to get used to toys, develop mentally and physically:
Put the baby on his tummy (some children do not like it and they begin to actively resist this disrespectful attitude to themselves), soon children get used to the fact that they lie on their stomachs. Give the child a nice and bright toy, then slowly raise the toy several times so that the child gets used to keeping the support on three points. During this exercise, the baby will pull one hand up to the toy to reach it.
To crumb it was easier to hold the support of three points and hold on one hand - put a special roller under the child's chest (the roller can be a sheet rolled up by a roll, a towel, a blanket), but there is one feature. Rollers should be several, different sizes, for the convenience of the child and because some may not like him. Rollers are sold in children's shops, different sizes, colors and even transparent, and in the middle they can have toys.
You have learned many techniques how to teach a child to crawl. It remains only to apply them in practice - and the baby will soon begin to not only crawl, but also walk.
