The shortened Maggie diet for 2 weeks is interesting because it is twice as short as the standard 28-day diet. It is clear that the shortened dietary "distance" is easier to pass, but does this not reduce the effectiveness of the Maggie diet? Does the fat have time to burn and is it not too stressful for the body?

Moreover, choose the most suitable version - by time and by the main product: cottage cheese or eggs. The main conditions are strict adherence to the regime and diet, not allowing substitutions and breakdowns.
Advantages of the method:
- helps to lose up to 20 kg;
- has few contraindications;
- allows you not to go hungry;
- does not limit the amount of permitted food;
- balanced nutrition, fortified with vitamins;
- does not require constant weighing, counting grams and calories;
- the effect is evident after a year or more.
The classic version is egg, the modified version is cottage cheese. Both priority products are rich in protein, which is what is required to start the mechanism of reducing personal fat reserves.
Creative inclinations are inappropriate during a diet. It requires unwavering obedience to the scheduled regime and menu. This is its "highlight" - not always with a plus sign, because not everyone has the patience to strictly adhere to the conditions, without any deviations. Indiscipline is fraught with a breakdown, and then either they start all over again, or completely abandon the method.
Curd version
The 2-week Maggi diet includes not only the priority product, but also all the food variety: vegetables, fish, meat, fruits, healthy drinks. The main thing is that the permitted products meet the quality criteria, are prepared and consumed according to the dietary rules.

Cottage cheese is so rich in flavor and useful qualities that it is impossible to overpraise it. It is a favorite product of women who cook vareniki, syrniki, pancakes, casseroles, cheese pies and cakes. Unfortunately, the dietary system assumes a somewhat monotonous use of the product, but this does not reduce its usefulness.

Keep in mind that you need to eat the designated amount of low-fat cheese every day, if possible - homemade. In addition to fresh cottage cheese, prepare a casserole with raisins, cottage cheese and egg with dried fruits. Some recommendations strictly prohibit adding anything, while others allow sour cream, raisins, and prunes.
Other products (fish, vegetables, meat, dairy products) are consumed in the form of salads, boiled, stewed and baked dishes, casseroles, ragout. Drinking is not limited, and daily 2 or more liters of water are mandatory.
Egg variant
In addition to eggs, the egg version of the menu includes cottage cheese, lean fish, seafood, rye bread, vegetables, and fruits. And there are no smoked foods, potatoes, fatty foods, sweets, mushrooms, bananas, fried or canned foods, alcohol, or carbonated drinks.
The Maggi diet is based on chicken eggs as a source of easily digestible proteins. 98% – this is the amount of egg whites that is digested by the body. The set of vitamins and minerals makes the product even more useful.
- Those following the 2-week diet can eat until they are full, unless otherwise indicated, that is, the exact weight of the product is not indicated.
Three meals a day are suggested, with vegetable snacks allowed between meals if hunger is unbearable. The daily portion of meat is 300g. This approach helps to lose weight without starving.
To maintain the result and not regain the weight, you should responsibly exit the diet: in the fifth week, eat foods that the body has become accustomed to over the month, continue drinking at least 2 liters, have an early dinner, and give preference to vegetables and fruits instead of sweets and confectionery.
If you have been running, walking or going to the gym, do not give up these activities after finishing the diet. This will help you maintain your shape, lightness in the body, and a positive attitude towards the world.
Menu for 2 weeks
If no complications arise and there is a desire to continue, you need to use the following menu for the 2nd week:
1 week
- Monday – boiled meat, vegetables;
- Tuesday – meat, vegetable salad;
- Wednesday – baked meat, fresh cucumbers;
- Thursday – cottage cheese, boiled vegetables;
- Friday – fish;
- Saturday – meat, tomatoes, grapefruit;
- Sunday – boiled chicken, boiled vegetables;
Week 2
- Monday – hard cheese, fresh vegetable salad (cucumber, tomato, pepper), orange;
- Tuesday – cottage cheese, grapefruit;
- Wednesday – cottage cheese, orange;
- Thursday – cottage cheese;
- Friday – cottage cheese, bread;
- Saturday – fruit salad;
- Sunday – baked chicken, tomato.
