On the 4th week, the diet is not so strict and limited, it prepares a person to return to normal food. All the listed products of each day of nutrition are evenly distributed over 3 meals.
- Monday: chicken (200g), canned tuna (100g), toast, 4 medium tomatoes and cucumbers, grapefruit.
- Tuesday: lean meat (200g), 3 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, toast, orange, apple.
- Wednesday: 50g of cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, 2 toasts, 2 cucumbers and tomatoes, any citrus.
- Thursday: a piece of chicken, grapefruit, 3 tomatoes, cucumber, toast.
- Friday: cottage cheese (200g), orange, fresh vegetable salad.
- Saturday: chicken (200g), feta cheese (50g), toast, 2 tomatoes and cucumbers, grapefruit.
- Sunday: cottage cheese (50g), tuna (100g), boiled vegetables, fresh cucumber and tomato.
If you are very hungry, then snacking on lettuce leaves or fresh cucumbers is allowed, but not earlier than 2 hours after the main meal.
Egg and Curd Diet Maggi
Having chosen the Maggi diet for weight loss, you have to give preference to one of the two products that form its basis. It happens that for health reasons, for example, a jump in cholesterol, allergies or other reasons, it is not possible to continue the egg diet, then you can switch to its curd version, replacing 2 eggs with 200g of cottage cheese.

Everyone knows how to boil hard or soft-boiled eggs. But what recipes can you use to diversify your menu so as not to turn your diet into too much of a challenge? Here are some tips:
- the chicken fillet is cut, starting from the middle in opposite directions, but not all the way through. The slices of meat are unrolled, a solid layer is obtained. It is beaten, salted, sprinkled with seasonings. Onion rings, tomato, grated cheese (if it is on the menu that day) are placed on it and it is rolled up, then baked;
- all possible vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, onion, carrot, tomato, dill, white cabbage and cauliflower, green peas) are cut, salted, stewed;
- Fresh fish is placed on foil, onion rings, tomato, and eggplant are placed on top, wrapped and baked in the oven.
What can and what can not?
The list of fresh fruits useful for this diet includes: apples, pears, kiwi, watermelon, melon, citrus fruits. For vegetable salads, in addition to cucumbers and tomatoes, you can use lettuce, cabbage, and greens. Any vegetables except potatoes are steamed, boiled, or baked.
Toasts are made only from whole grain bread. Lean meat is used except for lamb. Chicken is cooked without skin.
Drinking plenty of fluids can be done not only with plain water, but also with mineral water, green tea, rosehip infusions, and healthy herbs.
Bananas, grapes, dates, figs, and potatoes are not allowed in the menu. Rice and other cereals, peas, lentils, sweet dried fruits, mushrooms, honey, confectionery, and alcohol are prohibited.

Any protein diet puts a lot of strain on the kidneys, so there is a risk of getting a disease of the organ. A decrease in blood glucose levels can damage our brain, provoke the development of cardiovascular diseases, and the formation of blood clots in blood vessels.
