When resorting to it, it is important to observe various nuances that do not allow deviations: you need to eat the products provided for this day and this meal, but improvise with cooking, drink 2 liters or more of water, exercise yourself physically, eat 6 times a day, the last time 2-3 hours before bedtime.

  • add salt to the cottage cheese, chop dill and parsley, grate a clove of garlic, mix the mixture well. Cut the tomatoes in half, make indentations in them, fill with the cottage cheese mixture and bake;
  • cut various fruits into pieces, season with low-fat yogurt, and you will get a delicious fruit salad;
  • mince the chicken, add salt, pepper, beat in an egg. Cut the zucchini crosswise into 2 cm thick pieces, remove the core and fill it with minced meat. Place in a saucepan, add herbs and various spices to taste, add a little water, simmer until done;
  • Place sliced onion, tomato slices, eggplant circles on the hake or pollock carcass, wrap in foil and bake in the oven;
  • Boil cauliflower and broccoli in salted water. Arrange them beautifully on a plate, mixing them to create a color contrast, grate hard cheese on them and sprinkle with grated breadcrumbs;
