Before you start making a decoction from the peels, you need to thoroughly wash the fruit, then dry it with a towel. Then peel it, from which the white pulp is removed. After this, the process of drying the peels begins - they are placed in paper bags and stored in a dry place, preventing moisture from penetrating.

To prepare the tincture, grind the dried bark and cook for 15 minutes in a water bath. Then leave the decoction for 40 minutes to infuse. The resulting mixture should be drunk in a proportion of 1 tsp./1 l of boiled water.

Pomegranate can be used as a medicine for diarrhea during pregnancy - for this purpose, a decoction made from its peel is used. The frequency of administration and the dose are calculated depending on the patient's age - adults are usually given 2 teaspoons of tincture. The medicine should be taken no more than 5 times a day.
