Causes of apathy during pregnancy
Apathy during pregnancy is caused by hormonal changes, so the expectant mother is simply unable to control her mood and behavior. Thus, in the first trimester of pregnancy, a woman experiences weakness and fatigue, which negatively affect her behavior and emotional state. And such negative factors exist in each trimester. Therefore, the task of those around her is to understand the woman's situation and create the most comfortable conditions in order to bring her out of a passive apathetic state.
Apathy in early pregnancy
Apathy in early pregnancy occurs very often. The main reason for this psychological disorder is a change in hormonal levels. Apathy can be caused by early or unwanted pregnancy, a serious condition of the expectant mother during pregnancy. In addition to apathy, a woman experiences anxiety, overestimation of her capabilities and views.
During this period, it is very important to support the expectant mother, to provide moral support. Without understanding from loved ones, and on the contrary, reproaches and censures, apathy in the early stages of pregnancy can lead to a depressive state and termination of pregnancy. Experiences, stress and hysterics of the pregnant woman negatively affect the health and nervous system of the future child. In order to prevent apathy, it is necessary to support the woman, spend more time in the fresh air, eat well and rest.
Treatment of apathy during pregnancy
In order to overcome apathy during pregnancy, many experts recommend creating a daily routine, allocating more time for sleep. This will help prevent nervous disorders and apathy. So, in the first trimester, the expectant mother begins to get very tired, so additional sleep will only be beneficial. But in the last months of pregnancy, a woman begins to fear childbirth, which entails another attack of apathy. During this period, friends and relatives should come to the rescue. The pregnant woman herself should understand that her condition is reflected in the future child. A woman needs to try to lead an active lifestyle, spend more time outdoors and communicate with pleasant people.
