Not everyone is lucky enough to have thick, beautiful hair, but for women it is an important part of their beauty. But even those whom nature has awarded with this gift need to know how to take care of it so that it looks beautiful, does not fall out, does not become dull and does not split. There are many hair care products on sale now that take into account the various features of hair, but natural ingredients are less expensive, and do not contain chemical additives. One of these is red pepper tincture, which is successfully used in hair masks.
Indications red pepper tinctures for hair
The need to use red pepper tincture arises when the hair has lost its vitality, falls out, has become brittle and split, and the reflection in the mirror suggests that it is time to do something.
It is clear that hair will become larger if the hair follicle is strengthened, and the hair itself will acquire a healthy appearance if it is properly nourished. Red pepper helps to cope with the task of hair growth and prevention of hair loss.
Pharmacodynamics
The hair follicle is nourished by the vessels located in the hair papilla. Red pepper tincture, when applied to the scalp, causes a burning sensation, thereby stimulating blood flow to them and accelerating regenerative, metabolic, and energy processes.
At the same time, the plant contains many useful nutrients that can nourish and heal both the epidermis and the hair shaft itself. This happens thanks to capsaicin, the "hot" active substance of pepper, which irritates the skin, and such beneficial vitamins for hair and skin as A, C, B6; mineral elements: potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron; essential and fatty oils. Dosing and administration
To know in advance how your skin will react to the mask, you need to test it. To do this, apply the product to the elbow of your hand and wait a little to see if there is an allergic reaction.
At first, the tincture may seem too aggressive, so it is best to mix in a component that neutralizes the pungency, such as honey.
The mixture is applied to the roots of dry, dirty hair using a paint brush. The head is lightly massaged with fingers (gloved hands) to improve the penetration of the product into the skin, a cellophane cap is put on over the hair, the head is covered with a towel.
It is recommended to keep the mask for up to an hour, but if you pinch your hair too much, you need to shorten the time to avoid burns. Then wash your hair thoroughly with shampoos, rinses, and you can also use conditioner.
For young children, red pepper tincture is not suitable for hair care, but teenagers can experiment.
