Shampoos with its 5% content are sold, you can add it to hair care products yourself before washing your hair, combine it in masks with other effective components;

Essential base oils for dandruff and hair loss
Essential oils are considered an effective remedy for dandruff and hair loss. This fact was proven at the end of the 20th century by researchers at the Laberdinsky Royal Infirmary in Great Britain. Oils are formed in plants, they get their names from those from which they were isolated, they have a strong pharmacological and physiological effect.
Essential oils are obtained by extraction and distillation of leaves, flowers, stems, roots, bark. They are characterized by a strong aroma, rapid evaporation. Their composition depends on the plant from which it is produced, the weather conditions in which it was grown, the method and duration of storage. In their pure form, essential oils are highly concentrated and are not suitable for application to the head, as they can burn the skin. They are used as additives to base oils, 3-5 drops per teaspoon of base oil is sufficient.
Base oils are extracted from the fattest parts of plants by pressing: seeds, pits, nuts. Their aroma is not as pronounced as essential oils, they do not evaporate. It is the base oils that can be directly applied to the head and hair against hair loss, and also combined with other ingredients, including essential oils.

Burdock oil can be applied twice a week for an hour for a course of one and a half months, then take a two-week break and repeat. The mask with red pepper is applied only for 15 minutes, but olive oil is left on all night for greater effectiveness. They are easily washed off with shampoo.
Use hair loss oils during pregnancy
Pregnancy is the period when the problem of hair loss often appears. This is due to hormonal changes and the fact that a woman has to share the nutrients she has received with another organism inside her. Therefore, by using a mask made from natural ingredients at least once a week, you can strengthen your hair, nourishing it with vitamins and minerals. To do this, you need to use neutral oils in smell and action: burdock, olive. The strong aroma of essential oils can cause nausea, it is better not to use it.
