  • water - 3/4 cup,
  • green onions,
  • black pepper,
  • fresh thyme - two branches,
  • lemon (or lime) - 1 pc.,
  • vinegar - 3 tablespoons.

To prepare a dish, peas must be soaked in cold water beforehand. Chicken cut into small portions, put in a bowl and pour vinegar, or lemon juice. Stir the pieces, then rinse the chicken under running water. Tomatoes, ginger, garlic and onions carefully cut and add to the chicken, there also put thyme, salt, ketchup and pepper. When all the liquid is evaporated from the chicken, it is necessary to add in advance the soaked peas and 3/4 cups of water. Cover the pan with a lid, reduce the gas and bring to a boil. Cook the chicken for 12 minutes, stirring it every 4 minutes. It should be checked that all the liquid in the pan is boiled. Finally, the finished dish should be decorated with finely chopped green onions.

Cutlets from peas

Peas can be used for cooking vegetarian cutlets. Such cutlets will be a good option for lean dishes. For this recipe, the following ingredients will be needed: 500 grams of peas, 3-4 medium-sized potatoes, 3 onions, 2-3 cloves of garlic, fir oil, breadcrumbs or flour, and a half teaspoon of dried coriander.

Cutlets from peas are a nutritious and tasty dish, which will be especially liked by those who prefer to eat only natural vegetarian food in their diet.   • sour cream - 200 grams,
  • yeast pressed - 350 g (or dry - 60 g),
  • sugar - 7 kg,
  • purified water - 35 liters.

The way of preparation of moonshine from peeled peas is rather simple: in the beginning it is necessary to heat water up to a temperature of 30 degrees and pour it into a special can of 40 liters. Separately in warm water, yeast should be diluted, mixed and poured into a can with peas. After 20 minutes, the following ingredients are added to the can: sugar and sour cream, after which it is necessary again to mix everything thoroughly. Sour cream is recommended to use in order that the brew does not pour out of the container due to active foaming, which usually occurs a couple of hours after the start of fermentation.

The can should be tightly closed with a lid, and then carefully wrapped with an old blanket. It is desirable to maintain the optimum temperature for fermentation - from 22 to 28 ° C. In total, the preparation time for moonshine is 3 days. In the process of distillation it is recommended to collect about seven liters of moonshine, otherwise the drink may become cloudy. To improve the quality of the ready-made pea moonshine, it should be cleaned. The optimum result is achieved by cleaning the moonshine with charcoal.
