For most pregnant women, the most difficult is to overcome morning sickness. If every morning you have nausea and vomiting, you need to take certain measures. In severe cases of toxicosis, constant nausea and vomiting provoke weight loss and dehydration, so you will need medical treatment.
How to deal with morning sickness?
There are general recommendations for the elimination of morning sickness, but still, only a few get better. The use of ginger or doxylamine in this case gives noticeable effect.
- Some types of antignistamines - doxylamine or dimenhydrinate - are prescribed by the doctor to relieve the symptoms of morning sickness. If you do not get better, you can add vitamin B6.
- Regular intake of ginger in powder, capsules or ground to tea greatly alleviates the symptoms of morning sickness after several days of consumption.
- Vitamins B6 and B12.
- Acupressure (massage of certain points) in some women also helps to relieve nausea and vomiting.
With symptoms of morning toxemia during pregnancy:
