The Kremlin diet is beloved by pop stars, politicians and businessmen precisely because it allows you to lose weight deliciously. This is especially relevant for men who are not ready to make such sacrifices for their beauty as women. How to lose weight while pleasing yourself with your favorite foods.
General information Kremlin diet
You almost completely limit yourself in carbohydrates, consuming them per day no more than 40 points. These points are calculated according to a special carbohydrate table, where each product has its own amount of carbohydrates in points. Points are an indicator of how many carbohydrates are per 100 g of the product you have chosen.
The Kremlin diet, the table of which is the foundation of the entire diet, was previously called a special dietary food for American astronauts. Indeed, there is an opinion that the balanced nutrition system was developed by US nutritionists for candidates for the cosmonaut corps, as well as for elite NATO units. Since there is no exact data on how the Kremlin diet, the calorie table and the calculation of points were created, it is completely logical that a mysterious aura has formed around the miracle method. The new dietary food received the title of "Kremlin" due to the fact that it was used to regulate weight and normalize metabolism by many high-ranking party officials, and later by persons from the cohort of "celebrities" - politicians of the highest echelon of power, pop and movie stars.
Today, the Kremlin diet, calorie table, calculation scheme and even examples of making a menu for a month are not a state secret; anyone who has true motivation and desire to achieve results can use the method of losing weight and improving their health with the help of the proposed dishes.
Kremlin Diet Points Chart - User Guide
Despite the extensive information contained in the Kremlin diet, the full table of points is remembered quite easily in two or three weeks. The first thing you need to do is learn to look at each label of any product you buy, where the data on the amount of proteins, carbohydrates and fats in 100 grams should be recorded.
For example, you like yogurts, buy a bottle or a jar, which indicates that 100 grams of this dairy product contains 15 grams of carbohydrates. The bottle contains 200 grams of the product, respectively, it contains 30 grams of the so-called conventional units. If you consider that per day, according to the menu, you need to consume no more than 40 conventional units, then you will have to limit yourself to one bottle of yogurt. In addition, yogurt probably contains sugar, which the Kremlin diet does not welcome. Bread, both white and black, and all kinds of cereals also “absorb” the allowed norm. The Kremlin diet, a table of ready-made dishes is absolutely not suitable for fans of sweet products, but if a “sweet tooth” has decided to lose weight, then he will have to stick to only a dietary diet, which has a lot of other, quite appetizing dishes. In addition, it includes traditional three meals a day and small “snacks” between main meals. While following the Kremlin diet, you don't have to give up visiting picnics, parties and banquets, you just need to prepare, that is, study, or better yet, save the information about the products in electronic form, and periodically compare what you are going to eat with what the Kremlin diet offers, the points table.
The Kremlin diet, the table of products immediately shows that you can safely eat meat products, since they contain the least amount of conventional units. Also on the permitted list are seafood, greens, several types of dairy products, some types of vegetables and seasonings. Thus, one of the differences between the Kremlin diet and other, stricter diets is that the menu is very varied, and the dishes are not devoid of the usual taste.
A very important nuance
In the first week of losing weight according to the Kremlin diet, you can allow yourself no more than 20 points per day according to the carbohydrate table, in the second 2 weeks - no more than 30 points per day according to the carbohydrate table, and in the following 2-3 weeks - no more than 40 points per day.
But please eat as much protein food (especially meat) as you like. Fried protein dishes, spicy foods and spices are allowed.
What can and what can not?
What is included in the Kremlin diet menu?
The Kremlin diet, the full table of which will be presented below, allows you to eat many foods, but there are some simple rules and boundaries, adhering to which you can achieve a truly lasting result.
Meat - preferably boiled, baked and without mayonnaise or any sauces. The size of a single portion should not exceed the size of the palm of the losing weight person. Ham and sausage, both smoked and boiled, are also allowed, because one hundred grams of these products contain only 1 point. A wonderful alternative to fats will be vegetable oil, which does not contain a single point at all, margarine - 1 point, cheeses - up to 2 c.u. in 100 grams, in one egg - only 0.5 points. Fish, both river and sea, is allowed in any form of processing - boiled, baked, fried in vegetable oil, because 100 grams of fish product "weighs" only 6 c.u. But vegetables, despite their apparent "lightness", are not all on the list of permitted products. The Kremlin diet, the calorie table states that one tomato is as much as 6 points, one medium potato is 20-22 USD, even boiled cabbage, oddly enough, falls under the restrictions, only one hundred grams of cabbage contains as many as 9 points. Fruits - from apples to bananas will have to be eaten only in small pieces, and you will have to forget about cakes, ice cream and pastries, at least for the duration of the diet.
What does the Kremlin diet, food table and diet menu allow?
- Lots and lots of drinks, including tea and coffee, which, however, you will have to drink almost without sugar.
- Meat.
- Hard cheeses (even fatty ones).
- Vegetables.
How to lose weight on the Kremlin diet?
You can eat all types of meat, including fatty ones, but you need to control your cholesterol levels. This diet is good for those who actively engage in sports or any other physical activity: you will build muscle mass and lose excess weight at the same time.
The principle of the Kremlin diet is based on the fact that you will not receive energy from carbohydrates, but will receive it from protein foods. Thus, fats are burned in the body and fat deposits are removed.
Carbohydrates are allowed in the Kremlin diet, but minimally: no more than 40 grams per day. You will take them not from the usual diet with potatoes and flour products, but from vegetables. Thus, you will improve the condition of your skin, hair and nails. You will even look younger, and not just get rid of excess weight.
Of the fruits, only avocado is allowed. All other fruits are practically prohibited during the Kremlin diet, since they contain a lot of glucose.
Studying what the Kremlin diet offers, the full table of points of which is quite large, it seems that it is impossible to remember everything. Advice - choose and remember those products where the points tend to zero, this list is three times smaller than the full table of points of the Kremlin diet. For example, the list below of what the Kremlin diet suggests, the calorie table indicates as practically prohibited products, since they contain a large amount of carbohydrates. It is quite easy to remember that it is better not to include almost all cereals, bakery and pasta in the diet.

Drinks during the Kremlin diet
During the Kremlin diet, you definitely need to drink liquid. Except for that which contains gas and sugar. And when losing weight, this is completely unnecessary.
What drinks are recommended for weight loss?
- Milk (no more than 1-2 glasses per day).
- Tea without sugar.
- Still mineral water.
- Coffee without sugar (no more than 2 cups per day).

The Kremlin diet points table, of course, helps to navigate the variety of familiar dishes, but has certain limitations in terms of existing chronic diseases, so before using the Kremlin diet, be sure to consult with your doctor.
What is absolutely forbidden on the Kremlin diet?
You should give up carbohydrates almost completely (except for carbohydrates from some types of vegetables). Cakes, any flour-based baked goods, pasta, potatoes and sugar in their pure form – all of this is not for you.
Processed cheeses should not be considered hard cheeses - they contain too many carbohydrates and other impurities. It is better to refuse this cheap product.
In order to determine the U.S. in each dish, you need to know its composition, in addition, at first it is better to "sit" on dietary nutrition at home, since only with the help of kitchen scales you can calculate the required number of points, for example, in soup. At home, it will not be difficult to weigh the desired portion, calculate its weight in points and decide whether to absorb everything entirely or limit yourself to half a plate. Thus, the Kremlin diet, a table of ready-made dishes is much more convenient to use than a long list of all possible products, types of food separately. A complete table of points of the Kremlin diet will come in handy for periodic analysis and control of the menu.
