What do we eat instead of fruits?

How to replace vegetables?
When you exit the Protasov diet, you can replace part of the vegetables with porridges boiled on the water. Very good is soaked for the night with boiled water oatmeal. You can eat porridge with cottage cheese and a salad of vegetables. Portion should not exceed 250 grams.
How to replace dairy dishes?
Instead, Protasov, when leaving the diet, recommends meat of crooked meat without fat skin or other lean meat.

How to replace dairy products?
If earlier we could take dairy products with a higher fat content, then after the Protasov diet in the first week we buy kefir and yoghurt with a fat content of 0.5 to 1%. And in order not to deprive ourselves of vegetable fats, we add vegetable oils to the diet. In a day Protasov allows them a maximum of 15 grams.
In terms of spoons, this will yield 3 teaspoons of vegetable oil.
Total fat, eaten with food, Protasov recommends up to 35 grams per day. So take the table and read the fat content of the foods that you eat.
Remember that 1 olive contains 0.5 g of fat, 1 tonsol (nut) - 0.5 g of fat, 1 egg - this is up to 6 g of fat.
The principle is this: if you have reduced the amount of fat in milk, then you can afford as much (but not more) in other foods. Then your weight loss will remain stable for a long time, and you will not gain weight.
