- You must follow it for all 7 days without breaking the diet. Otherwise, all your efforts to lose weight will come to naught. When you leave the diet, spend a day or two on boiled chicken, fresh vegetables and soups - no need to give the body a strong load.
- There should be 6 meals with intervals of at least 2 hours between them. Your first breakfast is at 08:00, and dinner is no later than 21:00. This regime is important so that the body receives food in small portions, but constantly, and does not accumulate fat deposits.
