What herbs promote pregnancy?

What herbs promote pregnancy, and how soon will the long-awaited result come? This question is asked by many couples who have been unable to have children for a long time. You should not start herbal treatment on your own; it is best to entrust this to a herbalist, after consulting with your doctor.

The most common plants that promote conception include: sea buckthorn, pumpkin, orthilia secunda, sage, red brush, knotweed, wheat grains, and some complex herbal infusions.

  1. Sea buckthorn, thanks to its vitamin E, helps stimulate the ovaries and increases the body's defenses. Sea buckthorn should not be used in cases of gastritis, cholelithiasis, cholecystitis, or high acidity.
  2. Pumpkin is also rich in vitamin E, and it also facilitates the course of pregnancy by suppressing the manifestation of toxicosis.
  3. The orthilia secunda has long been used in the treatment of infertility and inflammation of the female reproductive system, irregular menstrual cycles, and tumors.
  4. Sage promotes fertilization and affects the passage of sperm towards the egg.
  5. Red brush is used for problems with conception, as well as for tumors, erosions, mastopathy, and inflammation of the uterine mucosa.
  6. Knotweed herb is effective for problems with the ovaries and uterus, and promotes conception.
  7. Wheat grains are effective in treating infertility in men and women, and sprouted wheat juice is especially beneficial.

However, even if you have agreed to take herbs with your doctor, you must strictly adhere to the dosage and duration of treatment so as not to harm other body systems.
