Child's health from 1 to 3 years

We monitor the health of a child from 1 to 3 years - what does this mean? And what should parents know about the health of their baby as little as possible?

Why does the child have nausea and vomiting, what to do, if the temperature rises, how to respond to the child's complaints about pain in the abdomen, ear or throat? All of these questions have answers.

We observe the health of a child from 1 to 3 years - this means that we parents understand how to act, if the baby's health worsens and needs help. Unfortunately, the children are sick. But our task is to grow them strong and healthy.

Anger outbursts in children

Temper tantrums are strong emotional outbursts, usually in response to disappointment in expectations. Temper tantrums usually occur toward the end of the first year of life, are most common between the ages of 2 (the "terrible twos") and 4, and are rare after age 5.

Eating disorders in children ages 2-8 years old

Eating disorders range from age-related fluctuations in appetite to serious problems, even life-threatening illnesses such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge-eating.

Breath-holding episodes

Breath-holding spells are episodes in which a child, immediately after a frightening or upsetting event or after a painful incident, involuntarily stops breathing and loses consciousness for a short period of time.

What are some methods of child wellness?

First of all, these are physical exercises. You can do various exercises anywhere: at home, on a walk, on a playground. When walking, you step over stones, puddles or a fallen tree together.
