Dumbbells and training bench.

Trains:

Extender of wrist

  • Initial position

Sit on a bench, legs bent at the knees, feet at the width of the shoulders. Pick up dumbbells and place your forearms on your hips with your hands palm up. The wrists do not touch the knees - lean forward if you need it.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not move your hands - let the work carry out your wrists.

  • Basic movement

Bending your wrists, lower the dumbbells.

PLEASE NOTE: Hg must be strong throughout the exercise.

  • Final Traffic

Lower the dumbbells as low as possible, then lift them again as high as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: This is the right time to practice your facial expression - it should look like you are really straining!
