Step 1: Splitting

When you eat fatty and high-calorie food, your small intestine splits fat molecules, turning them into glycerin or fatty acids, which then enter the bloodstream.

Step 2: Accumulation

Fatty acids circulate throughout the body and are absorbed into the fat cells, where they assemble into fat molecules and accumulate until the next hunger strike. Excess glucose and amino acids are also absorbed by fat cells and converted to fatty molecules. If hunger does not come, you begin to get fat.

Step 3: Fat deposits

In men, fat often accumulates under the skin in the abdomen, resulting in a beer belly or fat folds at the waist. Some guys accumulate subcutaneous fat, one that is deposited around the internal organs. If you have a round and firm stomach, and the waist is larger than the volume of the hips, or you wear a 40 size, then this is about you. Theory: Your body is looking for additional space to accumulate excess fat - and is deposited inside your organs, or, worse, inside your muscles, heart, liver or pancreas.

Step 4: Get Rid of Risk

There is a direct link between the presence of subcutaneous fat in men and the risks of diseases such as insulin resistance, high LDL, low HDL, elevated triglyceride levels and even high blood pressure. Cause: the fat that accumulates around your liver. As a result, cholesterol is produced, which in turn clogs the arteries, which puts you at risk for stroke, heart disease and diabetes. If you want to avoid risks, you will have to give up donuts.

Step 5: Get rid of fat

Abdominal fat is the most difficult fat. But if you eat the right food and do the right exercises, he has no chance.
