Bending of hands with dumbbells in slope

You will need:
Dumbbells and an incline bench.
Strengthens:
Biceps
- Initial position
Sit on a sloping bench, the back is adjacent to the bench. Pick up dumbbells and let your hands hang down along the body.
PLEASE NOTE: When performing this exercise, your feet should lie on the floor.
- Basic movement
Lift dumbbells to the sides of the chest, performing semi-circular movements with your hands.
PLEASE NOTE: The elbows must be snug against the body. When you raise your hands, your palms should look forward.
- Final position
Bring dumbbells to your shoulders, then slowly lower them into their original position.
PLEASE NOTE: Use controlled movements - do not just throw your hands. When lowering, the dumbbells must follow the same path. Imagine that the dumbbells are moving along the track.
