Kefir diet for 7 days
Essence: we cook without adding sugar and salt. We eat only healthy food without spices, not fried and not peppered. Diets can be repeated about once every 3 months, because it is very much unloading

Kefir - 1,5-2 liters and nothing more

Kefir diet for 8 days
