  • kvass bread - 1 liter.

Potatoes (cook better in a uniform), eggs cleaned and crushed with cubes / straws. Cut the cucumbers, radish, meat in equal size slices. Mix everything, add greens, lemon juice, yogurt / kefir / sour cream, spices and pour kvass.

Doctors say that if a woman loved kvass before conception and did not feel any discomfort after drinking, then she can safely drink kvass during pregnancy. If a woman was indifferent to kvas, do not start drinking it during the gestation process.
