What types of weight loss diets are there?
Calorie-based diets (low-calorie). These diets are the most common

Low-fat diets.
The gist: By choosing this way of eating, you refuse fatty foods and eat only those that contain negligible amounts of fat. But there are no other taboos in eating for you.
Mono diets. This way of eating cannot be called gentle, but it brings an excellent effect.
The gist: you eat one product (for example, only baked apples) for 2-3 days. You can lose weight this way very quickly, losing 2-3 kg in a week, or even earlier.
Protein-based diets. Quite effective diets for weight loss, although not easy to use.
The gist: you eat mostly protein products, the most prominent of which are meat and fish dishes. Vegetables and fruits can also be included in the menu, but their share is not as large as that of fish and meat. As a result, you are guaranteed to lose weight in a fairly long period of time, but for a long time.
A fat-based diet. It was developed by the Polish doctor Jan Kwasniewski.
The gist: you eat as many products as possible containing vegetable and animal fats, while losing weight. Jan Kwasniewski believed that with the help of such a diet for weight loss, a person gains a lot of energy, which is abundantly provided by lard and meat in the diet. It is interesting that with the help of such a diet, people successfully got rid of obesity and even such a complex disease as diabetes. There are very few carbohydrates in such a diet, but their deficiency is replaced by fats.
Vegetarian diet.
The gist: as the name suggests, this way of eating does not include meat, fish, and sometimes even dairy products in the diet. However, nutritionists consider vegetarianism a purely individual matter, and most importantly, not always effective for our main goal - losing weight.

The gist: the carbohydrates and fats that you include in your diet are divided into "bad" (they should not be consumed) and good (they are desirable in the diet). The result is not achieved quickly, but it lasts for a long time!
Separate meals
The gist: products are divided into those that are compatible with each other and those that are eaten only separately from each other. The interval between incompatible products is no less than 2 hours. But the result for weight loss is simply excellent.
Diets for weight loss by blood type
The gist: as you know, there are 4 blood groups. These are 4 different diets for weight loss. Following them, a person almost excludes harmful products from his menu, absorbs healthy ones as much as possible and always finds a place in the stomach for neutral ones.
The author of the method, American Peter D'Adamo, believed that by following the blood type nutrition system he developed, a person is able to significantly cleanse the body of toxins and lose excess weight.
