Green tea with ginger

One of the important advantages of green tea with ginger is its soft and delicate taste and aroma. For lovers of green tea, ginger has become just a find and a perfect addition to your favorite drink. In order to prepare such tea, we will need:

0.5 liters of water;

  • 1 tablespoon of green tea;
  • fresh ginger root;
  • honey.

We peel a small block of ginger from the skin and thinly sliced. For brewing, we need about 3 or 4 circles of root. Next, brew green tea, add to the water circles of the root and insist 10 minutes. Tea is filtered and poured into cups. You can add honey to taste.

Black tea with ginger

Based on the previous recipe, you can also brew black tea. However, there is another recipe for black tea with ginger, for which we need:

  • currant leaves (dried or fresh);
  • leaves of black tea;
  • ginger root.

So, brew, as usual, black tea. To your liking, you can brew tea stronger, or weaker. After 5 minutes, the tea is filtered and poured into a thermos, adding a few circles of ginger root and currant leaves. We insist 20 minutes. You can enjoy!

Tea with ginger and lemon

We cut the ginger root with thin circles, fill it with drinking water and bring it to a boil with a small fire. We cook for 15 minutes. Then turn off the fire and cool the drink. Just before consumption, add to taste lemon juice and a little honey. In this tea, you can add other ingredients to your taste: orange juice, lime, pineapple pieces or kumquat.

We cut the ginger root with a small cube and fill it with hot water. Cook for about 10-15 minutes. Add the orange peel, let it brew for 20 minutes. We filter. Before use add orange juice to taste.

Tea with milk and ginger

Tea with milk and ginger is very popular in Tibet: it is used by both children and adults instead of the morning meal, as well as for the treatment of colds.

Tea components:

  • 500 ml of milk;
  • 500 ml of water;
  • crushed seeds of cardamom and buds of cloves (10 pieces each);
  • 1 tablespoon of ground ginger root;
  • ½ tsp. Chopped nutmeg;
  • for 2 tsp. Leaves of black and green tea.

Put the water on the fire, add the cardamom powder and cloves, as well as the leaves of green tea, bring to a boil and boil for a minute. Add milk and ginger, leaves of black tea. After boiling, add the nutmeg. After 2 minutes, remove from heat. We insist about five minutes, we filter.

Such a milk drink is good to drink in the morning instead of breakfast, without washing down or jamming.

Tea with cloves and ginger

Tea with cloves and ginger is a real drink of the East. In order to prepare it, we will need:

  • green tea - 1 tsp;
  • ginger root;
  • crushed cinnamon;
  • cores of cardamom;
  • dry cloves;
  • wedges of lemon;
  • honey.

Brew the green tea (5 minutes). Grind about 3 cm of ginger root, add cinnamon on the tip of the knife, 1-2 cloves and cardamom (from 2 boxes).

All this - components for a cup of water (200 ml).

Fill the prepared spices with green tea and bring to a boil, cook for several minutes. Cool it down. We add honey and lemon juice to taste. You can additionally omit the lemon slice in the tea. A little insist and drink.
