This carbohydrate table can be used to calculate the number of points for the Kremlin diet. Remember that in the first week of the Kremlin diet for weight loss, you cannot consume carbohydrates per day for more than 20 points. In the second 2 weeks of the Kremlin diet, you can allow yourself 30 points per day according to the carbohydrate table. In the following weeks, to consolidate the result of weight loss, you can allow yourself to consume carbohydrates for 40 points from this table.
