Alternating proteins with vegetables, according to the Dukan diet, may seem boring and monotonous. And searching the Internet for recipes that would meet these requirements is even more monotonous. Therefore, we decided to prepare interesting recipes for Dukan diet dishes for you. Thanks to them, losing weight will become easier and more fun.
Dukan Diet: Egg Salad for Breakfast
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- green onions (2-3 pieces are possible)
- the lowest calorie sour cream you can find - 100 g
- seasonings to taste (although you can do without them)
How to cook?
Cut the eggs into small cubes, chop the onion as finely as possible, mix it all with sour cream and spices. The nutritious salad according to Dukan is ready. And you are probably ready to lose weight.
Dukan Diet: Zucchini pancakes plus salmon
- green zucchini, small – 0.5 kg
- sweet pepper – 1 piece
- corn starch - 2 tablespoons
- raw eggs – 3 pieces
- salmon - 200 g
- spices to taste (optional)
How to cook?
Grate the zucchini one by one on a coarse grater. Leave to drain. Cut the pepper into rings, cut the salmon into cubes or strips, beat 3 raw eggs into this mixture. Mix all this with the grated zucchini, add spices to taste.
Fry it all in a frying pan with a couple of drops of sunflower or corn oil. That's it! You can eat deliciously and lose weight at the same time!
Dukan Diet: Delicious Bread in 3 Minutes
- Oat bran - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat bran - 1 tablespoon
- Raw eggs – 2 pieces
- Kefir 1% - 2 tablespoons
- Corn starch - 4 tablespoons
- Cottage cheese with fat content from 0% to 1% - 250 grams
- Baking powder - 10 grams
How to cook?
Mix starch, baking powder and bran (both types) in one bowl. Add a little salt – just a little bit.
In another bowl, mix the beaten eggs, kefir and cottage cheese. Now you can mix these two masses and bake in the oven at a temperature of up to 200 degrees for half an hour.
In 30 minutes, the gorgeous dish will be ready, and you can enjoy its taste with red fish or just a green cucumber. Enjoy your meal with the recipe for Dukan diet dishes!
Dukan Diet: Baked Hake Fillet
Have you bought hake fillet yet? You will need about 200 g for this recipe
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Salt
- Spices and herbs
How to cook?
Soak the hake fillet in freshly squeezed lemon juice and leave for 30-40 minutes. This will be enough for the fish to soak up the aromatic lemon juice. Salt it to taste, sprinkle with herbs and put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
